We deal with Katrin and Rocky (the manager). We are able to secure the 2013 Outback with back-up camera with relatively better pricing. The whole process is quite painless.

First of all, as we were driving up to the Dealership, I noticed they were getting a new shipment of 2014 Foresters. We stopped and Ben asked us if we are interested in a car. We were entering the salesroom floor and I heard a call on the PA for Ben to greet his returning client. He asked if it would be okay for his associate Mark to take us on the test drive and answer any of my questions. Mark was there to find the right Forester for us. I picked out the newly delivered car. Other test drives that I previously had sent us on a designated route back to the dealership. Mark let me drive where I wanted to. We decided to purchase the car. I have had Hondas since 1982 and wanted a different car. Our trade-in was a Honda CRV, got a good price and took home the Forester the next day. It took awhile for the finance person to get our paperwork completed (the NBA Finals was on every TV in the dealership) so I had to return the next morning after the detailing, safety inspection and installing wheel locks. Mark is a young Salesman, didn't push while we were deciding on the purchase of the car and had all the paperwork ready to buy the car. He has phoned me twice to ask if I had any questions and if I'm satisfied with the car. I will see what the first service is like and add to this review. After reading the other reviews about the dealership, I'm happy with our salesman Mark.

Bought a Subaru Outback here in 1998. Terrible experience. Said I'd never shop here again. In 2002 bought a Subaru Outback from Carlsen Subaru. Great experience. Highly recommended. But wait... 2012 rolls around. Time to buy a new Subaru... I didn't want to use Stevens Creek Subaru, but the online sales guy was good. Prices were good, and it is close to my house... So I bought a 2013 Subaru Outback. I love the car. Good experience buying. But wait... I also bought the maintenance program - to help me be more proactive keeping those 6 cylinders firing right. So I go in for my first oil change. It's FREE, and they add an additional oil change to my prepaid plan - good. Smiling faces. Donuts. TV. WIFI. I go in for my second checkup - minor service. They greet me with smiling faces. NO waiting for a representative. I sit in the waiting area for about an hour, eating donuts, drinking coffee, watching TV and using the WIFI to read email. I'm all done... I walk outside to see my car shining in the sun - free car wash, and I realize that I have a BIG FAT smile on my face. I've never had a smile on my face before at a car dealer (except at Carlsen). Stevens Creek has reformed. I'm looking forward to my next car checkup when I get to smile all day again.

I recently made a purchase of a new WRX from Stevens Creek Subaru and their customer service was awesome. Homayoun "Ben" Louyeh was extremely courteous and was very patient and did not rush my decision. I would return back to this car dealership in the future to purchase another car. I am a very satisfied customer and extremely happy with my new car.

This is a review of purchasing a Subaru Outback at SC Subaru. We worked with Ben most of the time, and found him to be knowledgable and very helpful, he also followed up with us within 3 days as promised. Ben spent a lot of time with us, I was very specific in my requirements for the car, color, options etc, and doubted they would have that specifically in stock, but they did, so we proceeded to discussing price. The price negotiations got protracted, we had to leave and return to conclude things as we ran out of time, if it wasn't for the fact that they had the exact car I wanted, and we converged on price, I'm not sure I would have bought that day. The fact that they were offering 0% financing helped too. Specifically we had trouble including the extended warranty in the negotiations, and had to negotiate that separately. This is always the tough part of car buying. Ben concluded by getting the car detailed, filling the tank with gas, and reviewing the car in detail. Ben was pleasant, and his service was excellent, no complaints there. Overall the purchasing process went well, although this always takes longer than I would like. Jim L. San Jos

First of all we got a great price and the car we wanted. 2013 Impreza sport. Our initial communication was with Shane who go us into the dealership with a good quote and eventually closed the deal. We did our test driving with Ben, he was awesome and very helpful. We walked in with alot of knowledge of the features and a fair price from edmunds.com so I would just recommend that. Also helps to shop around with physical quotes from other dealers. The Subaru dealerships from up the peninsula were way more then I was willing to spend and didn't really followup even though I was pretty set on buying a Subaru. Overall very easy to work with and I would recommend them to other people.
