We purchased a new Outback yesterday and enjoyed working with our sales guy Freddy. He was friendly, funny and very informative.

Went here the other day just browsing through and trying to find the perfect match for myself. CEMAL came and assisted me, I want to say he was very observant to things details I mentioned and was completely professional. He was not like the stereotypical salesman he was completely kind to what I can and cant afford and didn't try to push to a car I was not interested in. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for used and new cars. And would HIGHLY suggest CEMAL to anyone. Already told all my friends hopefully they will be here to experience the wonderful customer service i did, and will drive away in a comfortable car.

I took my WRX into Stevens Creek Subaru for its second service. As expected they were very courteous and prompt as the other times I had visited them. The car was serviced and finished at the time promised, they sorted a couple of minor niggles with no hassle too. They accommodated my booking time changes - there were several - without me needing to wait for another day. Awesome. I can't fault the sales or service department. I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting a very practical and fast car for very little money. (WRX Impreza Wagon)

By far the best dealership at Stevens Creek. Although we were there for a couple hours we purchased a 2008 WRX the deal was amazing. I dealt with Jamal (Cemal) Unal. He is very accommodating, nice, customer service is outstanding, very professional and really works with his customers. I came here a couple of times to make sure the WRX is the car that I wanted and in which it was! He answered all our questions took us for a test drive and showed us everything we needed to know about the car and he would respond to my email inquiries promptly. Jamal (Cemal) def went that extra mile with us. I know some people might say that oh he is a sales person and will do all that but he made sure that we were comfortable with everything about the car and made sure we were comfortable and ok with the finance guy. We finally took the WRX home with us!!!!! Yay!!!! I highly recommend Jamal (Cemal) Unal, he is absolutely the best!!!!!! So if u ever go to Stevens Creek Suburu make sure you see him. You wont regret it!!!!

Cemal (Jamal) Unal and Mathew Kanawyer are good customer services. They helped me alot in choosing car. I recommend to see them when you go buy a car.

I don't know why this place has a low rating because i had a realy good experience with Stevens Creek Subaru. I bought my Outback with a really good deal from this place. They have nice sales specialist especially Cemal(Jamal)! He took care of me with a very friendly and professional manner. This guy knows everything about Subarus and knows how to explain the features and the difference between Subaru and other brands..I am so happy with my car and my experience. 5 star for this place!! 5 star for Cemal(Jamal)!!
