While visiting the area, myself and the boyfriend decided to check out this dealership and test drive a few vehicles. I'm surprised by the horrible reviews.. We were instantly greeted and welcomed by a man named Cemal, (pronounced Jamal), who was extremely professional, personable, charming, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate that he wasn't pushy, answered any questions we had, and didn't view us as just a commission. When it comes time to purchase a new (or used) vehicle, we'll definitely return to this dealership.

The service department was incredibly helpful and nice. Chris was the guy who helped me, but the whole office was a fun atmosphere. I just got an oil change, cost ~$70. They even washed the car, it wasn't a great wash, but it was free. No complaints here.

We bought a Subaru Forester there recently. The process was typical--walk-around, find desired car (they had the exact one we wanted), test drive (took 2)...all courteous and professional. Our salesperson, Chip Miller, was far better than most, because he was straight-forward, had a good sense of humor, and did not pressure us. It was a civilized, pleasant experience, though once at the negotiations table, the whole iterative "Let me take this offer to my manager" business was typical...and a bit time-consuming. We had done our homework and ended up paying what we thought was fair. We love the car and have positive feelings about the company. As always, though, check around for a "fair price" before getting serious.

Dealt with Matt on the purchase and was very happy. He wasn't extremely pushy even though he did really want to sell the car. Willing to work with me on my budget and was up front about financing. Only complaint was it took a bit longer than I would have liked and they needed to scan our licenses quite a few times. Once we got to the finance manager, it went by really quickly! Hoping that the service is quite good there so I can be a repeat customer.
