If you are looking for a dealership that: 1. Doesn't give ask 8 million questions about very nuanced details about the car "you want" before giving you a price (just to try to lure you into the dealership) 2. Gives you an honest, fair price from the get go 3. Doesn't have pushy sales people 4. Doesn't have sales people who brush you off because you are female 5. Has sales people who take genuine interest in your needs Then Steven's creek subaru is the place to go. We had the chance to work with a few sales people- all extremely polite, helpful and ultimately made us feel comfortable for this purchase. We started with Taz who helped us when we called in (we live 40 min away from the dealership) and due to Taz being out sick, before we arrived for our appointment, the manager called us to let us know the situation that another sales person was already ready to help us when we came in. When we arrived we had the pleasure of working with Sahand- although only a month in, it was his easy, laid back but real and friendly attitude that made us feel that we had made the right choice to drive down and that we would be walking away with a car. Sahand listened to our needs, helped us understand the nuances in pricing and through this experience, we have trust in this dealership. We will be bringing our cars down to get them serviced here versus our local dealership that we have gone to twice now and twice we have not purchased from them due to lack of trust. We will for sure be returning to have Sahand/ Taz help us should we need another car! The only complaint, and something that seems to plague all dealerships is how long the purchase process takes once you say yes. Things might have been elongated due to COVID, but you would hope that with all this technology we could expedite the process a bit!

If you need to get your car serviced, try getting an appointment with Cedric Jalalian. I didn't purchase my car here but made an appointment with Cedric and he was very helpful and courteous. I believe he will provide the same service to every customer.

Came in to purchase a pre-owned car on the lot, and Hamid was great at ensuring that the buying process was well-discussed and smooth. He was quick to go to the sales manager for any questions regarding the pricing of the vehicle and managed to work out a deal. Hamid is a great person to work with, and will give you the attention you need when buying a car.

Three days ago I was finally able to finance my first own brand new car, a WR Blue 2021 Premium WRX!!thanks to the Gentlemen name Ben and the staff here at Steven Creek. I went to the entrance where I couldnt get in but luckily enough Ben was there to help us. A very straightforward but humble man. He made us feel no pressure while looking at the car and allowed me to make sure it was everything I wanted in the car. He wasnt pushy or rushing us to get the car. I did have a ton of questions for the car and enjoy his company and how informative to each question I asked. Also today I had to come in due to some techinical difficulties and was helped by Howard and his service team member as they were both quick,efficient and an amazing team that get works done. Thank you all of Subaru staff here at Stevens Creek especially these two gentlemen for making my days better and having an epic experience at Stevens Creek. Highly recommended to refer this place to family and friends.

It's been 10 years since I bought my new Subaru Legacy from them. I have not been back because I am still driving it. BEST car I have ever owned. NO REPAIRS EVER! Just standard maintenence. I commuted from Los Banos to San Jose for 7 years..200 miles a day. Never broke down. I dont know if the staff who helped me purchase it are still there..but they sell Subaru so when my baby needs replacing..I'll be back (if I live that long)
