Ever came across car salesmen who are not pushy and aggressive? Welcome to stevens creek subaru. What I was really impressed about was the professionalism these folks showed. I worked with Jeff who was great and went through the details with a lot of patience. After researching for over 4-5 weeks, I feel I got a fair price and a super nice outback which I am really loving. I am hoping they keep up with the same.level of customer experience in the future.

Came to Stevens Creek Subaru to find a new Crosstrek for my girlfriend. We were assisted by Phi in sales and he was of great help. He communicated with us throughout our buying process and was very helpful. We visited initially to check out used Crosstreks but with his help and insight, we left with a brand new 2021 Crosstrek on Grand Opening Day! Don't hesitate to do business with Phi as he was a factor in our decision to buy from Stevens Creek Subaru.

We needed a replacement vehicle since our preferred CUV for trips and daily usage was in need of a new catalytic converter to pass smog which had 173k on the odometer. We drop by the Stevens Creek Subaru on Thursday to just look and meet Phi who provided excellent customer service. On Friday I went to another dealership who drew up a quote and was ready to sell but needed to locate a car with the color that I wanted. I thought the quote was high and really did not appreciate the finance manager trying to push the sell, especially when I wanted to consult my wife. Phi sent me a follow-up text message and I sent him a picture of the quote to see if they could do better. Let me tell you Stevens Creek Subaru, did an astronomical job. I am very happy with my purchase, exemplary customer service and highly recommend this dealership. When you go to the Stevens Creek Subaru ask for Phi, he will ensure you are happy with your purchase!!!

Beau was amazing! We traveled 2 hours to San Jose to purchase our brand new Ascent and It was worth the drive. Best deal in our area by far. We were also happy with the care taken with Covid protocols, we felt very safe. I will be back when its time to purchase another vehicle! Thanks again!
