Bought my car in Nov 2020 with Beau and discussed the details behind the Service package with William. Great people to work with! I never felt pressured.I've had my 2020 Subaru Impreza Premium for 5 months now, and I absolutely love it! Previously I had driven a 2008 Saturn Ion and a 2013 Kia Rio, so this is a slight change for me. Overall, the one thing I love is how secure the car feels.Also, I love that I can schedule my appointment with the MySubaru app. The reminders (via phone call) are very helpful as well. The associates are very kind to talk to. Lastly, I had bought the Service package when I bought my car, so dropping off my car for it's 6-month/6,000 mile service was so easy! The associate I worked with (David) was welcoming and helpful. I dropped off my car and it was done within an hour! The waiting area looked awesome, but I believe it was at capacity due to COVID-19 Safety Precautions (mad respect!) so I was unable to use it. Thankfully, a friend was able to pick me up and run some errands. Since this location is so close to Santana Row, there's seating one could find there as well.
I came into the dealership late one evening and Mike was welcoming and listened to what I was looking for. He set up a time for me to drive the cars I wanted later that week. When I came in for my purchase he worked with me to show me all my options and ensure that I knew what I was buying and I was getting what I needed. After deciding on the car, finance and sales were easy and amazing to work with. Felt like I was treated as a customer instead of a sale.
We had an excellent experience from start to finish at Steven's Creek Subaru. Our sales associate, Ben was extremely helpful and welcoming and we did not feel pressured at all by anyone we came in contact with. We went in with a plan and the sales team was able to get us exactly the deal we wanted. We left the lot with an amazing vehicle and I believe we are going to be lifelong Subaru owners and will be shopping for our future vehicles here.
Recently purchased the 2021 Subaru outback and I had good experience with Stevens Creek Subaru Salesperson: Mr. Jeff Sizemore. Lot of salesperson's try to convince the customer but he is the one, who listen to the customer with good patience.Jeff taken care of entire purchase process till delivery very smoothly. He is very kind, and he is the only reason, I brought my vehicle from Stevens Creek Subaru.
