We needed a replacement vehicle since our preferred CUV for trips and daily usage was in need of a new catalytic converter to pass smog which had 173k on the odometer. We drop by the Stevens Creek Subaru on Thursday to just look and meet Phi who provided excellent customer service. On Friday I went to another dealership who drew up a quote and was ready to sell but needed to locate a car with the color that I wanted. I thought the quote was high and really did not appreciate the finance manager trying to push the sell, especially when I wanted to consult my wife.
