Went in today for a 30,000 mile checkup on my Subaru. Matt helped me out and told him about my pressing schedule today and he was willing to accommodate my schedule. 1 hour later he called me to let me know car was ready to go! Matt was super nice, polite and obviously was willing to accommodate my busy schedule.

It is the salesman and the experience that s/he provides to the customers, that makes or breaks how people perceive a car dealership as far as the car buying experience goes. Hossein Moghadasi was the person who made my car buying experience outstanding and very satisfactory. I was impressed with the commitment to customer service shown by Hossein and the amount of hard work that he put in to cater to my requirements. I would rather do business with someone who respects people and cares, and for that I would highly recommend Hossein.

Most experiences at car dealerships suck. I'm pleased to say that my experience at Stevens creek Subaru was an easy going good experience because if two important people, Rocky and Chip. No BS involved with this dealership at all. After buying the car it needed a few minor upgrades and they took care of me as promised and at a rapid pace! I was promised the car back within a time frame and it was executed!! Rocky was very good about keeping me informed of process of the car and made sure that my car was back to me soon! Couldn't of asked for a better guy to help me! He went above and beyond to get the job done quickly!! If your looking for a great experience when buying a car consider Stevens creek Subaru, and ask for Rocky or Chip to help you! :)

Fast and flawless purchase! I have never bought a car in this short amount of time and have it run as smooth as this did. Shane was very knowledgable and efficient in getting me the exact car I wanted. He was able to answer any and all of my questions without hesitation. Thanks to him I have the only 2014 impreza sport limited custom to my liking! Thank you again Shane you were a big help!

I purchased my Subaru in Michigan so when I moved here I looked for a dealership to become my supporting dealership. I contact both dealers, in the South Bay, and never heard back from the other one. Stevens Creek not only contacted me but they honored a coupon, for my first oil change, that the MI dealer offered me. :-) I've have my car serviced twice since moving here and both times have been exceptional. Chris, in the service dept is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I have only had top notch service here and when the time comes for a new car, or to refer a potential new car searcher, I will highly recommend Stevens Creek Subaru.

I'd like to start by saying that I am very picky when it come to the car buying process. I will be the 1st the turn around and walk right out of a dealership if I am treated in a manner less than I feel I deserve (Putnam Subaru - Their Sales Fleet Manager told me that he wouldn't even let me test drive a Subaru BRZ until I could prove I could afford one!?!? Really? too bad for them...they lost a guaranteed sale..in cash!) I highly recommend using this dealership. Ask for their Internet Sales Manager (Matt kanawyer). We were in the market for a new Subaru BRZ and had a good idea of what we were looking to pay and what options we were looking for. Matt was extremely helpful providing me with prompt answers to my questions (via e-mail) prior to my visit to the dealership. Once we got around to the actually shopping process Matt actually let us test drive a BRZ (unlike ALL of the other dealerships in the Bay Area....I have a strict no test drive = no buy policy!). Matt was great, never pressured us to buy, showed us his entire inventory of BRZs and helped us decide on the trim that we wanted. (again want to stress the NO PRESSURE sales technique - it was greatly appreciated) I would recommend that you visit this dealership towards the end of the month or Quarter if possible to get the best deals ;) As with anything, do your homework and you will never be disappointed. The next time we are in the market for another Subaru I will be paying Matt another visit!
