Service was quick, friendly, not prohibitively expensive, did not take advantage of my ignorance to suggest unnecessary repairs. I also enjoyed the way that employees interacted, pitched in, and really worked together to get my needs met.

Great buying experience, worked with Chip, over email and text. Very responsive, gave us the car to drive home overnight and return it the next day. Chip agreed on a price over text.. Walked in signed the papers, Jason in finance was efficient and quick, drove home. Highly recommended!!

We just purchased a Forester from Ben Louyeh at Stevens Creek Subaru. This was one of the best car dealer experiences we have had. We got a very fair price on both the car and a trade in and found Ben exceedingly helpful on all fronts. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took time to show us all its helpful features. He understood our time constraints and we were in and out of the dealership in around 2 hours. Ben had our best interests in mind and we will definitely go directly to him for any future Subaru purchase.

After shopping around for the past few months,I have just recently purchased my subaru. Let me say right from the start this score is boosted up 2 star because of the sales associate Daniel. He was very helpful and if you are buying a car look for him. Everyone else I spoke to made me feel like they wanted the sale but Daniel didn't even try to make the sale he just let me look and didn't try to force me inside to fill out paperwork. The problems I had started when I finally went inside to do the whole financing deal. Me and my wife sat down and were excited to create the car we wanted and work out a deal. We started the whole process for the loan application; we told Daniel everything we could afford, the price we wanted the car at, the options I wanted, and I said to him if it doesn't match I will walk out of here no hard feelings. Daniel told me not to worry, he isn't going to force the car on me if it doesn't work. Daniel went to turn in my application to the sales manager but then another man(big tall white guy) came back instead of him. I never got his name he just gave me a hand shake and took over the conversation. It was at this point that I had the worst experience ever. He was the biggest jerk I have ever had to deal with at a dealership. He started off ignoring all of my wife's questions. I would have to tell him to answer her and when he would it would be in the most condescending tone. He would make me feel like I was stupid for shopping around and I need to buy this if I really want a good car. He then said, "This is a hot car everyone wants one, everyday a guy like an engineer comes in and pays cash for this car. There's just no way I can let it go for the price your asking." I told him many times that those sales tactic won't work stop talking down to me with your condescending tone.I once again stated the price I wanted, how much I could afford and said "We both win if you can make a deal with these numbers." He went back to the sales manager, named Brian, talked to him and made us sit around. At this point I was tired of being talked down to, and we got up to leave. They saw us leaving so the white guy rushed back to tell us ok I have made a deal with the bank and we got the payments to match up the way you want but I can't lower the price so it'll be 72 month loan. My wife said "I'm in the military, do you have any rebates or anything?" He said "If I can magically make one appear will you take the car?" I said fine go make it happen, he came back and said ok this is the best I can do.The deal was decent so I said fine, I put my money down for the deposit and I was told the car will be delivered in a month. The next day we get an email from the military car place(I really don't know the name sorry) with a list of dealerships to visit because they have a deal with them and they will be able to sell us a car at a lower price. We look to see if stevens creek subaru is on the list, and there they are number 2 on the list with the final sale price listed at $4,000 less than what I was told was a military rate and the "best deal" they could give me. I was furious and my wife said screw this place. We went back and talked to Daniel and said look this is what happened I don't want to deal with you guys when that guy lied to us, He said "I'm sorry, I really don't know what happened. I will go take care of everything for you." Daniel walked away and then Brian overheard and tried to convince me to change my mind because it will hurt Daniel. I told him no I just don't want to deal with you people anymore after you lied to us. Brian offered to match the price and I kept saying no, just give me my money back. They then offered to match the price and threw in some goodies that I couldn't pass on. I took the deal and pointed out the white guy and said "If that guy says one word to me or my wife at any point I'm walking out of here with all my money." Jump 2 weeks later, I get a call that my car will be ready Saturday but Daniel calls 5 minutes later saying he will come in Friday morning before his shift to get the car ready for me early and I will have it right after work. Since then Daniel has text me tips about the car, text or called to check if I have questions about certain features and he keeps letting me know that anytime I have a question he will find answers for me. All around great guy to buy a car from, the sales done and he's still trying to help me. I can't thank Daniel enough he really is the only reason I didn't go to capitol subaru. If the review was just about Daniel he would get 5 stars. The finance people and Brian are actually pretty helpful too. But Stevens Creek Subaru is a normal dealership, they need to make money so if you are buying a car be ready and good luck!

This review is for the service dept. Needed an oil change so went to the locations website and made an appt online. Quick and easy! Made an appt for the same day too. Once I got there I was helped right away and adviser Chris was very informative and friendly. Instead of waiting in their waiting area I walked over to Valley Fair to kill time. So its walking distance if you dont want to wait. After 2 hours I got a call my car was ready and done. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and friendly. I will defin return in the future.
