We had excellent care and customer service from Ben at Stevens Creek Subaru. Ben is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely buy another Suburu from him.

Visiting the Stevens Creek Subaru showroom, looking at the different models, taking a demo ride, learning more about all of the functions, selecting and buying the model and options was an extremely pleasant and satisfying experience. I particularly enjoyed working with Kat (the saleslady), Wais (the finance wizard) and Shaun (the "Tech Guy") who were all extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly. I also found that negotiating the final price was pleasant and satisafying and not at all threatening. The whole organization appear to be a great team and the product, a 2014 Subaru Forster, sold itself. I highly recommend Stevens Creek Subaru as "the place" to buy your nexr car.

I bought an Outback from Marty at Stevens Creek Subaru. He gave me a great price (so low that other dealerships wouldn't match it), quick delivery, and helpful explanations about things that are unique to Subarus, like the need to rotate tires frequently because of the AWD. No sales pressure or monkey business -- not from Marty, not from any managers, and not from the finance guys. Marty even picked me up at SJC after I returned my rental car. It was a pleasure working with Marty and I recommend him.

Recently purchased Subaru Forester 2014 from this dealership. Main differentiating factor was sales person Chip Miller. He is very knowledgeable, explains all the features and gives time to make your decision about the model , color etc. (i.e. not pushy at all). Way to go Chip and thanks for all your help. I got my 2014 Subaru Outback today. What a great car buying experience! JAMAL (Cemal), my sales person, was great. Helpful, straightforward, and honest. He is willing to spend time with you and really test-drive the car. This is my second car. Of course I did my homework before I got into the deaership. This saves time for everyone. I did I took advange of the cash incentives and great rate and got a great deal. I highly recommend that contact JAMAL if you want to get a new car. HE is part of the reason I steered away from VW and Toyota and got a Subaru at the end. But of course I like the quality and the price of the car. I hope your car shopping experience is as great as mine.
