I recently bought a used Forester XT from Stevens Creek Subaru in San Jose Ca. which, by the way, went extremely well. Considering they held the car for me while I booked a flight, and were true to their word regarding the condition of the car. I was quite happy with the transaction. Unfortunately one of the mechanics there over tightened the lug nuts, causing cracks in one of the locking lug nuts and the key. Two weeks later I went to switch to winter wheels and partially broke the lug nut and the key. Stevens Creek could have told me to take a hike when I called regarding the issue, since I bought a used car, without a warranty and lived 300+ miles away. Instead they referred me to their sister dealership in La Puente. La Puente Subaru spent 5 hours resolving the issue while taking great care not to damage my expensive rims, all free of charge. I'm very happy with both these dealerships and their commitment to keeping their customers satisfied. Thanks, Dan
If you want to work with someone that you can trust and is VERY customer service focused, asked for Cemal (Jamal) Unal. Great salesperson...no pressure just information. Yes, we were ready to buy after our research and Cemal helped in closing the deal with his personality and knowledge. Anything he did not know...he went straight to his manager and got us our answer. Cemal also told us to come by anytime with questions on anything...GPS, phone, etc. He also set up our phones/devices. This was a wonderful experience and we have a car we love.
We bought our 2010 forester here in April 2013 and have had a pretty good experience here for the most part. Minus the fact that our poor car had oil issues and the oil ran out well before it was due for an oil change and pretty much messed up our entire engine. We took it in for an appointment with the service department as soon as we learned of the problem to get it taken care of. The service department was friendly and courteous, and did a diagnostic of the car. They realized it was a rod knock issue and our entire engine had to be taken apart to fix the issue. They set us up with a loaner right away, and since we had the extended warranty on the car we weren't too worried. However, I wanted to see if we could get the car fixed under the factory warranty since it had just expired and since this issue should not be happening to a 2010 car, but before we could ask, Chris from the service department said it would be covered under the factory warranty. Awesome. The whole experience was great and they took care of us. We really appreciated how they took good care of us and our car!
Stopped in here with search of a safe family automobile. Initially, not to buy just yet, but to merely look into what is going to best fit us. Matt was able to assist us with all questions and concerns about what we were looking for. My fiancá and I had our first enjoyable time throughout this car hunt. Matt provided outstanding customer service and professionalism. He did literally everything he could, to get us to where we needed to be within our budget. My wife and I went here and had a bad experience with a salesman. I called the manager, Andreas Beckmann, the next day and he invited us to come back in and talk it out. He went above and beyond with customer service and made us feel welcome and cared for. It is obvious that his concern was for our happiness with our car shopping experience. I have bought cars in the past and was not looking forward to the shopping experience. After speaking with Andreas my outlook has totally changed. He treated us professionally and respectfully. After a months of researching, and planning I decided on a Subaru Impreza. Before purchasing I've been shopping around for the best price for the value. Most of the car salesmen I had to deal with were very pushy, hard to negotiate and constantly trying to sell me overpriced cars (considering that I was shopping during Christmas sales). I had totally different experience with Roky Taleb. He was very professional, friendly, patient very attentive to my need. Negotiating price with him was easy and fun without the pressure that I felt when I was dealing with other sales persons. Roky was also really good with following on all my need. For example, as a part of a deal I was supposed to receive two free ski passes. I had some problems receiving those passes. Even though the sale was concluded when I called Roky he was willing and ready to help me with paperwork. Overall Roky exceeded my expectations therefore I got a new car and a friend. I know that if I will have any problem in the future I can always count on him.
