It's too bad their overall rating is so low, looking at past reviews I have to wonder if this place went through a management change in the last couple years. Also, I've only dealt with the service department, not sales. I moved down to San Jose a year ago with my 2010 Outback and have come here for a few services in that time. Thoroughly impressed! I'm in and out quickly, services are done in a timely manner, everyone is friendly, and everyone I've dealt with seems to know what they're talking about! (This is a totally opposite experience to what I had been dealing with at Downtown Oakland Subaru up until my move, a very welcome change.) I look forward to bringing my car back here for any future needs.

The folks at Stevens Creek Subaru were great. I dropped in one night to ask questions and the salesman, Ben was great. He gave me a business card and I promised to return...which I did. Ben gave me a tour of what was available, explained a few of the features I wasn't aware of and took us out for a test drive. I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester that evening. I am VERY happy with the car. It's a beautiful car that drives well and gets great mileage. Overall it was a great experience and I would buy another car from this dealership in a heart beat.

These guys treated me right when I was selling my used car. Reza is a good man, not slimy like most car dealers. They worked with me on timing, gave me fairvalue for my car, and paid me when I needed to be paid. Showing the Subie Love!

Wow. So I walked in and said the famous last words, "I'm not planning to buy a car today" I was looking at the XV Crosstrek. I did a lot of research and did consider the fact that if there was a deal to be made, now would be the time as they may be clearing out the 2013 models in anticipation of 2014. Hamid was awesome! He took so much time walking me through the engine and the features of the Crosstrek (beyond what I read in reviews) . I told him I needed something more practical but I since had been driving a Lexus is250 for last 6 years, my biggest concern was sacrificing a sporty feel, cornering and taking on hills. Not only did Hamid recommend a test drive, but suggested we take it up into the Cupertino hills. Usually test drives are a couple miles up and back on the freeway but this was exactly what I needed to make a decision. I felt very comfortable knowing the Crosstrek could handle my needs (its still not the Lexus, but hey, it did the job!) When we got back we talked numbers. Again, I really didn't feel high-pressure. Just seemed like I might as well. I originally thought rather than trade-in my Lexus, I was going to sell it on Craigslist, but the number they gave me was much more than I expected (started thinking about hassle of Craigslist, needing to get the car detailed, door dings fixed etc) . The price for the Crosstrek was competitive too.. The planets seemed aligned and I went for it! Again, can't say enough great things about Hamid! He was so informed and personable. You really felt like he enjoyed his job and wanted to do right for his customers. I highly recommend asking for him! It was hard to let go of my Lexus, but I have never felt so assured in a car buying experience.
