MANNY is the guy you want to buy a car from here. I recently picked up a Subaru Outback from this dealership and dealt with Manny. He really took the time to go over every detail with me and I never felt like I was being rushed. There was no multiple back and forth stuff with Manny. It was pretty simple and straight forward. I would highly recommend him and would buy from him again in the future.

My husband and I were on the market for a new car and we have heard great things about Subarus. So we parked and almost as soon as we got out we were greeted very warmly by Chip. We asked about a Forester and he immediately took us to that side of the lot. On our way there, we spotted another Forester on their used car side and asked about the specs. He didn't hesitate in taking us over there, giving us information on this particular car which had previously been leased, and tracking down the keys so we could take an immediate test drive. We did not ultimately go with the used Forester and proceeded to test drive two other vehicles. When we decided that the 2014 Outback was what we wanted but were wanting to wait to see what Costco deal our friends got on their Outback at a different dealership, Chip sought out the internet manager Mike Marsh and Mike came in and spoke with us in a very frank, energetic manner. We were able to discuss our desires and concerns and we feel that both Chip and Mike worked with us to accomplish our goal of purchasing a car and feeling great about it. Our only complaint is that the financing process took OVER 1.5 HOURS to even get into the financing office. We started signing all the paperwork only to realize the wrong invoice had been printed and because our specific car hadn't been delivered we would have to come back and sign all the paperwork on pick up day. Overall we are happy with the car and the follow up from Mike and Chip.

We had checked consumer reports on the internet and knew we wanted to buy a new Forester, but were still not at all confident about how to do the drive-a-hard-bargain dance at a dealership. After we met our salesman, Kash, we started to feel a lot more comfortable. He took us on a test drive, answered all our questions, and coached us through the process. Most importantly, he was patient with us and let us look at the options and work out what we wanted without any pressure tactics. We drove away with a beautiful new car that evening and are still happy customers 1 week later. - 5 stars for Kash - 4 stars for the dealership after a VIN number mixup forced us to come back in and sign the forms over again.

I have worked in car sales and in the Finance and Insurance Office of a dealership before. So I knew what to expect. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I have been eyeing a Subaru Legacy for a few months but was forced to buy a new sooner than I expected due to my current vehicle breaking down. I did my quick research on Cars.com and Edmunds.com. I also have a friend in a Toyota dealership that knew and got for me the invoice amount of the exact Legacy I was looking for. I did my searches for the exact car I wanted and found that this dealership had one. I reached out via email asking for the "e-price" for this particular vehicle. Just filled out my name and email address. Within minutes, Shane responded to me with a quick quote for this car as well as a few alternates just in case. The price was very good and well below what I had researched. Shane was not pushy and answered my questions regarding the car. He was very polite in asking for an appointment. I was not sure of what I was going to do. So just "tentatively" told Shane I would be in with my wife on today in the morning. Again he was not pushy at all and invited me and my wife to the dealership on Sunday. Showed up this morning at 10am. Walked around the dealership. It was already starting to get busy. Shane came out and was ready to help. He let me and my wife roam a bit. He came about out with the keys and offered the test drive. During the test drive he was very informative and demonstrated a lot of the great features of the vehicle. He asked great questions about what we do with our cars and driving habits and then gave his input on how this car and features would fit in. I also mentioned to Shane that I was in the car business before. Shane never gave me any runaround at all. Back at the dealership, I gave him our requirements on down payment and everything. All the numbers he brought back were accurate and not loaded so that they could pre-sell me any other services and stuff I did not want. Everything went smooth with our Finance paperwork and working with the Finance Manager. Shane gave us a thorough walkaround of the car. He had it washed and filled with gas very quickly. Shane answered all of our questions. Shane is one of the internet Managers, so he knew the pricing was important to me and did not mess around with that. Shane was awesome to deal with. I loved that he was not pushy and respected that I worked in the car business before. I would recommend him to my other friends looking for buy a Subaru. Shane owns a Subaru himself and is very knowledgeable. Shane won't push and will make recommendations based on what you are looking for. We were very satisfied. I would come back here again next to try out their service department.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE SERVICE DEPT: Chris is your man. Great honest guy - levels with you and helps you out. Relatable down-home scruffy fella that gets his business taken care of - no annoying upsell or condescending attitude that happens so often with other service departments (see my review for Capitol Honda - UGHHHHHHHHHHHH) I had an airbag light ( the most annoying red light on the dashboard) and I pulled in, shook some hands and did some paperwork. Meanwhile Chris came back with results pretty much instantly. He gave me a few alternatives with what to do, as well as the diagnostics report. I told him I'd try to take a look myself and ultimately left the dealership a happy customer because they didn't try to take me for my money or force me down a path of fixing unnecessary and exorbitant things. Rather he gave me the information I needed to make a meaningful decision regarding how to proceed. Turned out, I accidentally unplugged a clip and was able to find this clip - plugged it back in and voila! problem solved. Although they didn't really fix anything - they did to the diagnosis and treated me RIGHT! Highly recommend any of you subaru guys to check it out if you're in need. Bonus: The Subaru OEM Batteries are around $120 bucks which is a great price for an OEM battery. @D

Ben is the MAN. He is a fantastic sales rep. Here was my experience getting my new Forrester. i found out my Rav 4 was going to cost way too much to get a new AC so I started to look at cars. I went to Subaru to see these cars because everyone I know who had a Subaru love them. I was approached by Ben upon coming into the dealership and told him I was just looking at the models and really wasn't looking to buy that day. He said I totally understand handed me his business card and told me to call his cell if I wanted a car opened up. He then just hung back and let me do my thing, now granted a more pushy sales rep approached me but I simply said Ben was my sales guy and he left me alone after that. I then test drove 2 Subaru's and fell in love with the Forrester. I then went in and laid on the table exactly what I needed to close a deal and Ben GOT it done!! Not only that but he has contacted me since to make sure I am still happy and will be setting up for me all my services. He is truly a good sales guy, he gets pre and post sales support.
