My husband and I were on the market for a new car and we have heard great things about Subarus. So we parked and almost as soon as we got out we were greeted very warmly by Chip. We asked about a Forester and he immediately took us to that side of the lot. On our way there, we spotted another Forester on their used car side and asked about the specs. He didn't hesitate in taking us over there, giving us information on this particular car which had previously been leased, and tracking down the keys so we could take an immediate test drive. We did not ultimately go with the used Forester and proceeded to test drive two other vehicles. When we decided that the 2014 Outback was what we wanted but were wanting to wait to see what Costco deal our friends got on their Outback at a different dealership, Chip sought out the internet manager Mike Marsh and Mike came in and spoke with us in a very frank, energetic manner. We were able to discuss our desires and concerns and we feel that both Chip and Mike worked with us to accomplish our goal of purchasing a car and feeling great about it. Our only complaint is that the financing process took OVER 1.5 HOURS to even get into the financing office. We started signing all the paperwork only to realize the wrong invoice had been printed and because our specific car hadn't been delivered we would have to come back and sign all the paperwork on pick up day. Overall we are happy with the car and the follow up from Mike and Chip.
