He worked patiently and professionally with us from beginning to end and honored his bid without trying to pressure us into buying additional products or services that we didn't need. You'll notice that, while this dealership has some negative reviews, the ones mentioning Masood are positive. Our experience matched these reviews.
Look, these guys were extremely motivated to sell me a car. I made great connections with the sales guys on many levels. They all treated me very well. Financing was a struggle but they figured out a way to handle my situation. But after purchasing the car. (01 mazda miata)I had check engine lights go off a week later. First it needed a tune up. No problem, I gritted my teeth and got that done. Then here comes the kicker, I found out my catalytic converter was out. Hmm so I was sold a car with a preexisiting condition. (700+) fix. Ive kept calling and going to the delaership to get help to fix this issue. But the guys at the used car dealership who have the power to help arent returning my calls. So they've left me on my own to deal with an issue that was clearly thier fault!!!! Look social media is powerful. This review will be posted everywhere. Update! So in reply to my yelp post they said they will call me ASAP to help me out. Ill add a star for that.

Hamid was the sales guy who took me through the car, features, et al; spk through the features during the test drive. The decision was quick [in fact i walked out of the car the same evening] Post sale, Hamid again walked us [my wife and i] through the entire car, features and details associated with servicing/maintenance.

I drove 120 miles from Sacramento to purchase a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, and my experience was worth every mile of the journey! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted by a courteous staff and made to feel welcome. The dealership itself is beautiful. Impeccably clean, well stocked and inviting. I contacted Michael Marsh while searching for a specific model with very specific features. He went above and beyond to locate and deliver exactly what I was looking for. He provided accurate information regarding the vehicle, the price I would pay, and the terms by which it would be sold. This is the first time I've ever purchased a Subaru; I only wish I had discovered them sooner! All in all, it was a great purchasing experience. From the start, I was treated with respect and made to feel like a welcome guest. The process of taking delivery was smooth, relaxed and ultimately rewarding. I'm VERY happy with my car. Let me start by saying that I came onto the lot looking for a very specific year Forester that fit very specific criteria. The car had to be a between 03'-04', under 100K miles, no savage title, and automatic transmission. I am planning on moving to Idaho in the next few months and needed to have a safe and reliable AWD car that I count on to make it to 300K miles. I had been looking online for about a month trying to find a Forester that met all of my needs, but since these cars are over 10 years old, it is hard to find on with low mileage. Finally, I saw an ad for one at the Stevens Creek Subaru Dealership. So I decided to go in and check it out. Rocky, the salesman I was dealing with, was very down to earth and listened to every detail of what I needed. Unfortunately, the Forester that I had seen on their website, was sold before it even hit the lot (It's incredible how quickly older Foresters get sold.) I asked Rocky to let me know when and if they received another 03'-04' Forester. Within a few hours, I get a call from Rocky telling me that they had just received a Forester that fit all of my criteria and that I could come and look at it that same day! When I came in, Rocky was already waiting for me and eager to show me the car. It was a 2003 Forester XS, only 94K miles on it, one owner, and no salvage title. It technically wasn't even for sale yet because they had literally just received it, but I still couldn't believe that he found me one so quickly! I came in right away to see the car. Rocky knew how badly I wanted the car, but he didn't try and pressure me at all into buying it. That's what I appreciated about him. He seemed genuinely interested in finding me the right car. Rocky is a very straight forward type of guy. He told me all the facts about the car, asked me what I was planning on doing with the car and what my budget was. After making the decision that I was interested in buying the car, we sat down and started talking numbers. The car was a bit over my budget, but Rocky fought hard and got me the car SIGNIFICANTLY under the asking price. He even got the mechanics to do a little extra work on the car for me to make sure that it was in pristine condition. I've had the car for about a week now and I absolutely love it. It drives like a brand new car. I'm usually a person that suffers from buyers remorse, but I was extremely confident that Rocky got me the best deal possible and that I was getting a reliable vehicle. I can't really speak for the dealership as a whole, but let me just say that Rocky was really awesome to work with and he treats you more like an old buddy than a potential buyer. I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a Subaru!
I recently purchased a Crosstrek from Subaru Stevens Creek. I am always stressed when I purchase a new car, but this time was a whole different experience. I was lucky enough to meet Ben Louyeh, a seasoned professional salesman. He is by far the most honest and knowledgable car salesperson I have ever met. During my two consultations, I didn't feel any pressure from him. I let him know that I am still shopping around and comparing Crosstrek with other brands. He didn't try to put other brands down. Instead, he made time to go over the details and differences. He was able to convince me on the Crosstrek Hybrid which is actually a really good car. It has been couple weeks now. It runs really smooth. The MPG is amazing!! It's really powerful too, even though it's a hybrid. Five stars to Subaru and Ben Louye!! Thank you for assisting me during this process.
