Before I came to Stevens Creek Subaru I had already decided to buy either a Subaru Outback or Forester. The deciding factors for me were the price of the new vehicle after trade in of my truck, and the amount of hassle I might get in arriving at the right price. We came in to look for a Crosstrek and met with Ben. He was very professional and took the time to show us the features of the car and explained all the available options. It's hard to find non-pushy sales people nowadays and we liked him enough that we ended up buying a car that day. We got a pretty decent deal as well. Thank you Ben!

Robert is da man! He helped us get into a nice Mercedes Benz. My wife and I were looking for a car for a few months. I can tell you that Robert treated us differently from the start. On 07/19/2013 we purchased our brand new 2013 Outback Limited from Stevens Creek Subaru in San Jose, as a result of the great pricing and professional courtesy offered to us by Shane Amirkiai, Internet Sales Associate. I highly recommend Shane as your contact person at this dealership if you are considering a Subaru purchase. His ORIGINAL offer was by far the BEST offer we received online and I had researched dealerships extensively before this purchase. He called me to answer my questions on his day off, he promised to be there when we arrived from 2 hours away and he was there waiting for us upon our arrival. If I contacted him online, his reply was always prompt and never pushy. He knew this Subaru vehicle from its engine to the navigation system and even encouraged us to call him if questions arose once wewere home.As a result of his utter transparency and honesty in quoting us this outstanding offer, it made completion of the vehicle paperwork effortless.
