Kat, Rocky and Jamal were very helpful on my first ever car purchase. I came in with my father and were set on the price we wanted to pay for a new car. Everyone was very helpful and were willing to work the price for use. I have now driven away with a 2013 Toyota FRS and I am completely happy. I recommend coming here and finding the car you want. Ask for Kat, you will not regret it.

Michael Marsh was awesome! He cut to the chase and gave us a great deal! Capital wouldn't budge on their price and made us waste an entire day negotiating a price way above our budget. I emailed Michael and instantly he saved us thousands! He got me the car, color and make we wanted without all the BS other places gave. We were looking for a specific car and found it at Steven's Creek Subaru. After a long drive from Oregon to San Jose, we were very happy that the car met and exceeded our expectations. We would like to thank Chip and Shane for helping us with the fastest car purchase we have ever made!The only drawback of the experience was that California rules require Oregonian purchasers to either pay California sales tax or freight the car out. Since we hadn't planned on sales tax we chose to freight the car. This is not due to Steven's Creek Subaru and we would highly recommend the dealership.

Bought my new 2014 Outback today. The service is great and I got a good deal. Hamid was especially patient, took me and my entire family for a test drive in both Outback and Forster, including putting in car seats and everything. I initially wanted the Forster, but Hamid recommended the Outback. I followed his advice and I'm very happy with my choice. Great sales person with no bs. Thanks!

For personal reasons, I drove 6 hours to get to Stevens Creek Subaru and Shane Amirkiai. I had been talking with Shane by email and phone for about 3 weeks and was finally able to get down to San Jose to work with Shane and sign the papers for my new XV Crosstrek. It was sad to leave my 16-yo, 247,000-mi, Subaru Legacy Outback behind, having logged many fond memories of awesome adventures. (Shane even took and emailed me a picture of this 3rd-time Subaru car owner standing between the old crone and the new baby.) The upside was having the easeful and adventurous experience of buying my new Crosstrek with Shane's impeccable help. He was patient, answered every question with knowledge and clear detail, and changed up gracefully each time I changed direction as we "created" the new car. He never pushed or rushed me during the whole process, and four hours later I left Shane to begin my new adventure. It's all about the LOVE - and I felt that with Shane's guidance and the nature of family at Stevens Creek Subaru!!
