Michael Marsh is an excellent sales personel who took the time (late into the evening) to listen to all my concerns and answer my numerous questions. As a first time buyer, my experience with Michael was comforting and hassel-free, not to mention he gave me a "killer deal." I came to Subaru knowing exactly what I wanted. I went to other dealerships that did not take me seriously (Cypress Subaru in Seaside and Capitol Subaru). A couple of minutes after walking into Stevens Creek I found the Crosstrek I was searching for and was greeted by a wonderful salesperson ... Manny!We went for a test drive, negotiated, and was even offered a nice cold bottled water as soon as we went inside. As the financing was being looked over Manny even brought us Arby's!The negotiating process was made easy with the help of Manny who answered our questions and took charge of our request (we were very specific). Once his manager Andreas came over to meet us we made our decision. We knew what we wanted, knew what price we wanted to pay and they made it happen for us.That said, this was my first car purchase and I am happy that Manny, Andreas and even the Finance manager was there to make it easy, painless and straight forward ... even though it was AFTER closing.I am happy and will refer friends in the future to Stevens Creek Subaru.

Subaru brand loyalty goes a lonnnnngggg way. I love Subaru's for their safety, style, and longevity.Mike Marsh is like no other! He's the wicked best car salesman on the planet. Not phony, pushy, arrogant, or a stuffed shirt. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, genuine, and the real-deal. This is my 3rd used Subaru, and again well-maintained by its previous owner. I drove 120 miles from Sacramento to purchase a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, and my experience was worth every mile of the journey! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I contacted Michael Marsh while searching for a specific model with very specific features. He went above and beyond to locate and deliver exactly what I was looking for. He provided accurate information regarding the vehicle, the price I would pay, and the terms by which it would be sold. This is the first time I've ever purchased a Subaru; I only wish I had discovered them sooner! All in all, it was a great purchasing experience. What a great experience buying the Impreza ! I met the salesman, Chip, last year and was so imprezzed that I kept his card these last 6 months. I'm very proud of myself for that, frankly. Chip is fabulous. The Imprezza meets all of my criteria and the finance guy, RJ, worked hard to bring me a package I was happy to accept. I highly and strongly and enthusiastically recommend this dealership.
