Looked at a Subaru BRZ here, and while I wasn't able to make a deal happen I have to say that my interactions with the salesman Chip were quite good. Stevens Creek didn't have quite the stock I really wanted so I ended up going to another dealership (Capitol ended up having the right car with me just being really ready to buy when I was doing my comparisons), but given my interactions with Chip I would have preferred to have given my business to him rather than Capitol.

Two things I thought I would never say. I bought a Hybrid from my cousin.I came in to Stevens Creek Subaru to just look at cars because my wife was curious about Subaru's.It turns out my cousin Chip Miller works there and boy he really knew alot about the car and the company to. It was a fun enviornment in the showroom.They even had a dog pen for my shnauser and some gluten free treats.Wow! Keep up the Great work Stevens Creek!!!
I purchased a Forester this month. Shane was my sales person. From the time I requested a quote on the internet till today (a few weeks after car had been delivered), he is in touch with me for any questions/concerns, very patient and detail oriented in answering them. There are few dealerships who don't care about you post purchase, this is not one of them. I'd recommend Stevens Creek Subaru & Shane for any one who is considering a new Subaru!. These guys are really nice to work with.
I stopped into Stevens Creek Subaru to check out the new 2015 WRX on display. Not only was I impressed with the new body style and features, but I was equally impressed by the staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the managers were very interactive and friendly. As a Subaru enthusiast myself, I was entertained by the well roundedness of the product knowledge of the employees. It was a very comfortable environment and I look forward to returning for potential future business when the 2015 model officially launches.
First of all I would like to thank Fred Mir (Freddy) for all the time and effort he put in to help me and my husband pick the right car. He was very informative, had a lot of knowledge about Subaru's, and a very good sense of humor. My husband and I knew we wanted a subaru, but we weren't sure which model was a perfect fit for us. After test driving the cross track and Forster, Freddy suggested to give the out back a try. Even though I wasn't a big fan of the outbacks after test driving one, it changed my mind. Next part was negotiation. He helped us get the price we wanted, and he made sure we don't spend the rest of our day there since we had dinner reservation. If I end up getting a forester for my daughter I would definitely go back to Freddy, because he knows how to treat a customer well.
