My car was in repairs and I got a nice loaner. The service adviser Chris was very cooperative. I got a nail in the loaner's tire, and the dealership repaired for me without any problems. The repairs of my car took a long time and the diagnosis that was run for many days was very thorough, and a lot of things were repaired (free of charge since the car was still under warranty).

Extremely satisfied with my experience at Subaru. I was approached by the salesman Cemal Unal, who was courteous and professional. He was eager to help answer all my questions and was an honest salesperson, and straight to the point. He made the car buying experience a pleasant and fun one and did not make me feel pressured or pushy like most salesman do. I am very happy with my new purchase. I highly recommend him should you ever consider picking up a Subaru for yourself. Thank you!

Just purchased a new Impreza from Stevens Creek Subara, and it was one of the smoothest, most professional car-buying experiences I've had. Shane Amirkiai, who helped me out with the sale, was professional and responsive, despite a very clearly bustling Saturday. He even took the time to personally help me attach a new bike rack to the vehicle, which I certainly would not have expected.Wais in the finance department was also polite, professional and efficient in processing my loan. He was very sensitive to the value of my time as well, using "dead" time (while paperwork was printing, while the car was being detailed) to take care of various other details, like having parts bring out the bike rack Shane helped me install.I'm totally stoked on my new Subaru, and have nothing but good things to say about the buying experience. I would definitely recommend Stevens Creek Subaru after a terrific buying experience for my first Subaru, an Imprezza Wagon. Shane A. made the whole process very streamlined and straightforward. He was able to get me the specific trim/color before any other dealer in the Bay Area and presented a very competitive price. The team there worked around my busy schedule and was very knowledgeable about Subaru brand and values it espouses: reliability, safety and simplicity. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from them. Also to note, I did not use their financing arm.
