I came in on Monday to look for a new car (I was initially trying to find a 5 year old used car, but realized that Subaru's retain such a high secondary market price that it was just worth getting a new one).Came in and met with Chip Miller in their sales team. I told him my exact situation, what I'm looking for, budget (as well as what I really wanted to spend). He showed me all the options that fit my criteria, never pushed one or the other. He did not try to upsell more expensive models, just told me what my options are and answered questions. I kind of wish he put a bit more pressure on me, as the car that I really originally wanted was sold later that day. Came in the next day, he worked diligently to match the price/discount of the same car but different color. Financing for someone like me with so so credit is always a challenge, but their finance person Jason worked with me not just get approval, but layer out various options, we had to go back to the drawing board three times. Was extremely pleased that the rate was well below what I had anticipated.After driving off with the car on Tuesday, I came back with some question on Friday. Even though the sales was complete, Chip took the time again to answer my questions, including walking out to my car and showing me some of the most basic things that I don't know... like how to use bluetooth.My first car purchase experience was nothing but smooth and efficient, I highly recommend Chip and the team to anybody.FYI i have also used their services in the past, and I think it's also been very good. They tell you what is wrong, what they recommend, and various options.
I just bought my dream car from Shane at Stevens Creek Subaru. I have been dreaming about this car for 2 years and got such a great deal and had such a great experience. When I left with the dealership, I asked myself why people think that buying a car is so difficult.I first came in contact with Shane though the internet and was given a quote for the exact car I wanted (color and options). This quote was such a great price, I decided to go down to the dealership to check out this car. I though maybe it was bait to get my down there. Nope, when I got there, it was right out front calling my name. Then I thought, they are going to nickel and dime me back up to the sticker price of the car. Nope, that didn't happen either.Needless to say, I walked out of there with a new shiny car that I didn't have to fight for and it had more options in it then the competitors were offering for much higher prices.Hats off Stevens Creek Subaru and to Shane. Thanks for the great experience.
Matt and Jamal were great to deal with. I Spent some good time in going around most of the Subaru's in bay area for the Forester 2.0 XT and ended up with a better deal here.They were totally friendly and you can trust this place for sure!
We purchased an outback from Subaru Steven's Creek 2 weeks ago. Needless to say, the car is great and we can't wait to take it out on our next road trip!Kat helped us throughout the experience, she took us on several test drive for different models and even several times with the same model until we made sure we have the right choice! she was also very knowledgeable about the all the models and options and had answers ready for all questions, her personalized experience and the tailored advise and recommendations gave an extra edge to purchase from this dealership.2 days later we had a problem with the battery, we took the car back to the service center and they tested and replaced it without any questions while providing a loaner car of the same model to use while the car was being serviced! this was awesome! To my knowledge only (luxury) brands provide this level of service and it was certainly a pleasant surprise!Overall, Kat gets 5 stars! and the services team get 5 stars.I just wish the actual buying process was a bit simpler :)
