I really enjoyed the fact that this dealership doesn't have a pushy sales people. The sales lady, KATRIN, is the person I walked in and spoke to first. She knew all the answers to my questions without hesitation. If you're shopping for a new or used car, I definitely recommend talking to Katrin because she will not hassle you and will go out of her way to help you out.

Great Customer Service from the time you put your foot in their door. The sales person that helped me out was Katrin. She explained everything to me about the 2013 WRX Impreza. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and the test drive was very educational. She took her time and wan't rushing me whatsoever. Go to Katrin if you're looking for a honest sales person who wont waste your time!!!

I have been shopping around for a car for 3 months now, and have dealt with a lot of sales people that were inconsistent about their brand and very pushy. And being a female trying to purchase a vehicle doesn't help the situation either. However, when I met Katrin Bassenger at Stevens Creek Subaru, I immediately felt comfortable with her. She answered all my questions from A to Z, everything from the sales to the finance process. I recommend going to Katrin if you are in the market for buying a car, because I can promise you that she will help you out within your first and only visit!!!
