My girlfriend purchased her Forester XT Premium from Stevens Creek Subaru. We worked with Mike Marsh, and he was great! Really friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we got the car we wanted, and at the price we wanted. We also highly recommend Jason Robbins, the director of Finance who we worked with when signing all of the paperwork. Jason was also really friendly and helpful - guided us through the entire signing process, answered all questions, and was very flexible in meeting our needs. We felt comfortable and will definitely come back here should we choose to buy another Subaru.

Jerrod offered great customer service. He was very accommodating when traffic caused me to arrive late to pick up my car at the end of the day. I had a rental car from the service department and wasn't charged for gas since stopping for gas would've just made me that much later.

My husband and I were thrilled with our experience at Steven's Creek Subaru, specifically Mike Marsh and Jason. We were all ready to buy our new Forester at Capitol Subaru until we randomly ran into Mike while dropping in on Steven's Creek. We really appreciated the knowledge and information Mike provided without being pushy or inpatient. Mike was took the time to educate us and answer all our questions. His enthusiasm about Subaru was genuine. Jason was also very helpful in working with us around financing and explaining all our options. We are definitely happy with our new Subaru Forester and our decision to work with Steven's Creek Subaru and Mike Marsh. I will definitely be back in the future to purchase another car and will recommend not only Subaru, but Steven's Creek Subaru to friends and family as well.

Great car, good deal and very good staff! The people over here are very nice and will work with you in terms of getting you a vehicle for the price you are looking for. The selection may be not that much but if you do see a vehicle you like, they will work with you to get that vehicle. Thank you Stevens Creek Subaru!
