Let me start off by saying that Subaru has the best customer service IMO! Why@f0 Because they took care of a recall on my 02 wrx fully paid for! So the recall was for my fuel lines but they went above and beyond that while my car was getting serviced(They also replaced my turbo inlet with a brand new one and some vacuum hoses at no extra charge!). I was helped by a nice woman that took care of me the whole time by the name of CHRISTINA. (if you need to go to that particular dealership for service, talk to her). She's super friendly with great customer service skills and she met everything i needed without any stress. THANK YOU SUBARU!!
Bought a 2015 WRX from Matt Kanawyer yesterday. The whole experience was pleasant, without pressure and efficient. I can't emphasize how much better my experience was at Steven's Creek Subaru with Matt than at other less reputable auto dealers. He is a gearhead much like myself and we hit it off immediately. I would recommend this dealership and Matt specifically to friends and family. Enough said.
I live in Southern California and could not find the car (options/color) anywhere in SoCal. Out of desperation I called Stevens Creek as their website showed it in stock. After talking to Ali, he told me that they did have it and gave me a price over the phone. The price was more than fair, a bargain if you ask me. I advised him I'll need two days to book a flight and come for the car. Fast forward two days and I showed up. Ali picked me up from the airport! We went to the dealership and he had me inspect and drive the car first. After I was satisfied we filled out the paperwork and completed the transaction. The final person I dealt with was Jason in finance. He was also very straight up with me and did not BS one bit. He had me fill out the paperwork (no sales pitch), worked on getting me a better interest rate than what Subaru offered and I was on my way. I can't believe how good the experience was. Usually it is a hassle even if you negotiate the price up front...but not in my case. I can't thank both Ali and Jason enough for their professionalism. Should I be in the market for another car, Ali will get the first call!
Wow...I'm shocked. I just had one the most positive buying experiences of my life and I was purchasing a CAR! Aren't cars sales men supposed to be arrogant, rude and pushy? I'm seriously still in shock. I'm starting a family with my partner and we decided it was time to get a more reliable family friendly car. We had already visited one other Subaru dealer in which we had a neutral/yet informative experience. When we pulled up to the Steven's Creek Subaru we were greeted by a gentleman named Hamid. Per my past experience with other dealers I was initially a bit cold and trying to play my cards right...that didn't last long at all. Hamid made my girlfriend and I feel very comfortable. He was not pushy at all and really wanted to find us the exact car we were looking for to suit our needs, not what he wanted to sell us. In the end I was thrilled with the price we paid, an amazing value for the 2014 Limited Outback. Negotiations were a painless process. She's a beaute and I know I'll be driving her for years (hopefully!) Go see Hamid if your looking for a Subaru. Take my word for it, at LEAST start your search here. Oh, after the sale he literally spent an additional hour showing us all the features and setting up blue tooth n the works. Hamid, you the man! Cheers!
I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received from Chip Miller today. I am in the market for a crosstrek but not yet ready to purchase. Today I just wanted to test drive and get a better look of the vehicle. I was a little nervous because salesman can be a little pushy, but that was opposite of my experience here. Chip was very knowledgable about the vehicles and was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient when I was comparing vehicles. I ended up test driving a forester as well as the crosstrek. Chip mentioned the popularity and features of the forester in comparison to the crosstrek. Definitely something I am going to have to think about and when I am ready to buy I will definitely be back to visit Chip! Thank you for a great experience!
Let me start with this... hate looking for a car and the pressure of a Salesman. Stevens Creek Subaru changed that in a good way. I went to visit the dealership and test drive a Subaru Crosstrek and had a great guy by the name of Hector Topete (Client Advisor) aka salesman assist me. Hector was very laid back and full of knowledge. No pressure, got to drive 2 models and still was undecided. Got to speak with RJ Bazofti, Sales Manager about my customer service experience and talk $$$. I left that day feeling like these people care about their customers. Went back again because I could not make up my mind and had another client advisor (Michael) help me because Hector was not available. Let me say that I ended up speaking with General Manager, Brian Bakhtiari about my experience and Michael's attitude. Brian, sat there and listen and was very concerned about my experience and wanted to make sure that i did not walk out feeling the hate of a dealership as I mention above. As much as I believed Michael should not be there, at the end I told Brian that everyone deserves a second chance and that Michael needs some guidance and a Mentor to make him a better Client Advisor. I then was teamed up with another Client Advisor, Kat. Although, Kat was not going to get me to buy the car she too was very funny and very knowledgable. With the Memorial Day weekend upon them they all took their time in assisting me with my needs and now guess what... I AM A VERY HAPPY SUBARU CROSSTREK OWNER. If you are looking for a car go and see these people and tell them Dennis sent you. You won't regret it, I don't. Thank you Hector, RJ, Kat and Brian for this AWESOME experience. Now looking to work for this great team and dealership to further grow this experience. Dennis
