I bought my 2015 WRX from Shane at Stevens Creek Subaru he was so nice and fair with his pricing he made it easy and treated me like a VIP customer the process was fast and easy I was in and out of the dealership in under one hour I definitely recommend you buying a car during the week lot less stressful than dealing with the weekend crowd. Hats off to this dealership for their excellent customer service

I came in with my cousin. And Michael approached us nice and friendly unlike other sales person judge on younger looking people trying to buy a car. So Michael was far most the best salesman i ever met! He made everything comfortable. And interacted with us than trying to force me to buying a car. So the car i bought from their lot was an 09 lancer Gt (yes mitsubishi lancer at a Subaru dealer lol). Jason the finance guy also was a cool dude, interacted more than adding pressure and made filling paperwork easy. And answered my questions when something was unclear. Also the service department were cool too. Everyone else in the dealership were pretty nice n friendly.

Pete provided excellent customer service and follow-up. My only complaint is with the finance department. I was pre-approved by Navy Federal, but was told that the dealership could offer me a lower interest rate. However, I was not informed that they would run my credit score at least four times to get the lower interest rate. In fact, they never did tell me they did this. I found out when I received rejection letters from four different financial institutions. I had a credit score of 750, stable employment, and NO late payments. Apparently, there is something on which I need to do some follow-up. However, the point is that I was already pre-approved, but was offered dealership financing at a lower rate without being informed that I still had to play the credit game.

Shane is an amazing sales person. He will fight for you and get you the best deals they have. I just bought my new car there and I am one happy guy.

I Love Subaru Cars! The most reliable SUV I've ever owned. It's Saturday and my car is there for 3 hrs major maintenance, only to find out they only offer one-way shuttle service. Decided to go home (rather than strolling/shopping at Valley Fair) and deal who l can find to give me a ride back to pick up my car...Hope they'll provide full shuttle service like Subaru Livermore!

Were I a highly seasoned buyer of cars I'd likely go for 5 stars. Based on my experience I am so pleased with the agents I am compelled to share on Yelp. I reluctantly prepared to go the dealership -- dreading an interaction with a car sales person. With our agent, Kash,we immediately felt comfortable. He made every effort to find a car to fit our needs. I will echo what Thomas H contributed -- that working with Kash made the experience far more pleasant that we'd anticipated. In a flash I'd recommend a Subaru, equally I'd recommend Stevens Creek Subaru. Thank you Kash!
