This review is regarding the sales department My sales Rep, Matt, was very professional and personal. From the first email we had excellent communication and he was great at finding exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get an excellent BRZ series.blue to match my AE86. He understood that I did my research and knew my facts and didn't try to bs me at all. If you want a smooth, quick, professional, and personal sell ask for Matt. Now I need to wait and see how the service department.

Context: My wife and I wanted to buy a Subaru Impreza and the Stevens Creek location had the best inventory to choose from. Enter Subaru salesman "Michael". It doesn't seem fitting to call Michael a "salesperson". He interacted with us more as a consultant than anything else, which is what made our experience at Subaru much more pleasant than I expected. There wasn't one moment during our two day "shopping" period where I felt he was pushing for something that we didn't want. He kept the process simple.... "What features are important?" "What features aren't important to you?" Once we answered these questions, he steered us toward the exact models that fit our needs and interests. He consulted, he didn't sell. To add some context, he didn't need to sell because we knew we wanted an Impreza, and we did our homework on features and the exact pricing we were prepared to work with. I recommend anyone looking to join the Subaru family to seek out Michael at this dealership. He's friendly, easy going, and genuine. He made a usually stressful situation into a relatively easy interaction.

I love this dealership! Their customer service was outstanding and made me feel very welcome. Kat Bassenger was my sales advisor, she was very helpful and straight forward. She answered all my questions and explained a lot to me. Overall, I was very happy to drive off with the car that I wanted. I recommend you guys to stop by Stevens Creek Subaru anytime you need to buy a car. Ask for Kat Bassenger!!!

Stevens Creek Subaru what can i say...i dunno? Im very speechless and very pleased with their customer service...im very happy with my purchase...mr. Hossein Moghadasi and Mr. Brian Bakhtiari i want to say thank you guys...u guys made my dream come true...these guys gave me a very good deal...these guys worked around my budget on what i can afford monthly...i would highly recommend stevens creek subaru for your next car purchase...they are very professional very accomodating...and they are not pushy at all...i was comfortable the whole time i wasnt pressured at all....Thank you again Brian Bakhtiari and Hossein Moghadasi....i couldnt thank these guys enough...ASK For them!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP: This 5 star rating is for Hamid and the Iraj. Two of the most honest and patient men I have met in my life. I had a great time picking out my legacy with Hamid. He made sure that I got the car that was safe and would suit my life the best. He treated my like family and I knew I would not go wrong with him. He has also called me every day since the purchase to make sure I know how the car works and that there is nothing wrong with it in any way. Iraj was also very patient and wanted us to get the best deal possible. I'm surprised that none of the previous reviews mentioned Kash because he was so awesome and pleasant to work with. After a disappointing visit to another dealership, we visited Stevens Creek Subaru in search of a 2013/14 Impreza WRX. We were immediately approached by Kash who introduced himself. He was really patient with our needs and showed us around. Though the model we were looking for wasn't available, he took the time to introduce us to the new 2015 models. I honestly wasn't considering them, but he offered a lot of helpful insight and seemed genuine with his opinion. I didn't end up leaving with a car that day but I really wanted to acknowledge him for the great service. Keep up the work!
