Hands down the best service and experience I've received purchasing a new car. I took home a brand new 5 door Impreza with the help of Shane. No pressure what so ever, easy to talk to, feels like you're buying a car off your friend. I first reached out to Stevens creek Subaru to get a quote, after a few back and forth e mails with Shane when I finally went to the dealership, the rest was smooth sailing. Thank you Shane & S.C. Visiting the Stevens Creek Subaru showroom, looking at the different models, taking a demo ride, learning more about all of the functions, selecting and buying the model and options was an extremely pleasant and satisfying experience. I particularly enjoyed working with Kat (the saleslady), Wais (the finance wizard) and Shaun (the "Tech Guy") who were all extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly. I also found that negotiating the final price was pleasant and satisafying and not at all threatening. The whole organization appear to be a great team and the product, a 2014 Subaru Forster, sold itself. I highly recommend Stevens Creek Subaru as "the place" to buy your nexr car.

Boy, what a day it was. We arrived early afternoon to test-drive an Outback with Kat, loved it, then got into involved discussion about options we need vs. the ones we think we need, reviewed relative merits of light and dark interiors, took a closer look at the EyeSight (which rocks 20/20) and so on. One thing led to another and I freely admit part of it is a blur, but I know we had fun and now there's an Outback in our garage. Great advice on car insurance was a nice bonus.
