I got my 2014 Subaru Outback today. What a great car buying experience!JAMAL (Cemal), my sales person, was great. Helpful, straightforward, and honest. He is willing to spend time with you and really test-drive the car.This is my second car. Of course I did my homework before I got into the deaership. This saves time for everyone. I did I took advange of the cash incentives and great rate and got a great deal.I highly recommend that contact JAMAL if you want to get a new car. HE is part of the reason I steered away from VW and Toyota and got a Subaru at the end. But of course I like the quality and the price of the car.I hope your car shopping experience is as great as mine.

The service team is great! they are friendly, helpful and provide great status updates. I always feel like I walk out feeling valued. Both Matt and Chris (I have worked with both) define what good service should be like.

We went to Stevens Creek Subaru just to look at our options (we were trying to decide between the Toyota Rav 4 and the Subaru Forester). We had a price in mind and were trading in an 07 Toyota. Our one other experience buying a car a few years ago from somewhere else was not pleasant, but Chip at Subaru made this experience very painless. We did not feel we were pressured into anything, such as buying extras, and the whole experience (with test driving and general looking around the lot) only took a couple hours. Some people might think that is a long time but based on my previous experience, it is actually pretty short. Chip was able to get us the price we wanted and seemed to do everything very promptly. Instead of us waiting for him it turned out to be the other way around. He's also called us multiple times since then to see if we have any questions. Overall, we are very satisfied with the way everything has gone!
