Ben helped us when we came in to this dealership looking for a legacy. We were not sure if we were going to buy a car that day but we felt very comfortable with Ben and the way he handled all the questions we threw at him. It seemed like he was genuinely concerned with selling us the right car instead of just selling A car. We did take one home that day and we are very happy with our experience and would most definitely recommend him to anyone!!

Kat was awesome to work with.She got me into a BRZ very quickly and she communicated very thoroughly every step of the way.I went to the dealer a few months before and found no real assistance. I decided to come in after selling my vehicle last week and found her luckily. She is truly great. My credit wasn't the best and she still managed to fight tooth and nail to get me a rate that I could afford.I highly recommend her for any future car buying endeavors!Ask for Kat!

I bought an Impreza here on Sept. 8th for the price I wanted, with the options I wanted (plus one - all weather floor mats) which I had not included on the original request. The sale went through Matt Kanawyer, the Internet Sales Manager. I had been dealing with another dealership who wouldn't give me the price I wanted. Matt agreed to match a price I had gotten from a dealership quite a bit farther away. My wife and me have bought a number of cars over the years. My wife walked out saying this was the best buying experience she ever had. I have to agree. There was no pressure about anything. No sales tactics. Just service. We got in and out very quickly. I would be happy to do business with Matt again when we buy our next car.

The overall experience of buying a car here was very good. Shane was very forthright and clear about everything from the beginning. Even post-sale they maintain a good relationship with the customer. Also the speed at which they work is pretty impressive. Would recommend Stevens Creek Subaru to anyone looking to buy a Subaru.

I had been thinking I need to look for another car... we always had Subaru growing up and I know they are supposed to last a long time so I went over the stevens Creek Subaru, although I really didn't want to because I just didn't even want to deal with getting a new car because of all the BS that goes with the whole process. ....we walked in and were approached by this guy named Hamid, he asked us what we needed for in a new car and showed us which car seemed to best suit our needs. We go to the mountains often so new we should have an AWD that gets really good mileage so he showed us the Forester and he showed us all the different options we could get. Hamid seems very helpful to help you get what you need and not pushy so I am sure that we will go back in there soon and ask for Hamid when we're ready to get the car

These guys treated me right when I was selling my used car. Reza is a good man, not slimy like most car dealers. They worked with me on timing, gave me fairvalue for my car, and paid me when I needed to be paid. Showing the Subie Love!
