THE BEST! Mark Moore, the Online Fleet Manager, is simply the best. Over the course of a few emails and some comparative shopping (no one could match Mark's numbers), we arrived at Stevens Creek Subaru with an agreed upon price and drove away with our new Forester in less than an hour and a half. Not only did we get the lowest price of any of the Bay Area Subaru dealers, but we walked the lot and selected the color we wanted from the largest inventory we had seen to date. Just picked up a New 2010 Subaru Forester for the Company. No pressure sale, quick clean, quick fill-up, and quick processing. Took an hour and half total . In and out! Super Recommended! Seriously, I don't understand all the other post before this.

I am so unfamiliar with Subarus other than the following three facts: 1) Whenever I hear an STi drive by, it's just music to my ears, 2) Ken Block #43 (co-founder of DC Shoes) used to be sponsored by Subaru but they dropped out and now he's stuck driving a POS, and 3) Subaru is the only car manufacturer that has commercials on the LOGO channel. :) Unfortunately, I wasn't looking for an STi, instead I was looking for an SUV and happened to see the dealership while on Stevens Creek Blvd. so I made the stop. Upon parking and walking two steps from my car, a salesperson comes up and immediately my guard completely goes up, as it does with most sales people. Tamie was an absolute delight to work with. She took the time to explain the Subaru story, the engine design, safety, features of the vehicle, etc. I had my eye on the Forrester so we took it on a test drive without any hassle. Upon returning back to the dealership, she drove us to the lot where all the Forresters were and showed us all the colors and different trims. Tamie said it herself that she is a no-pressure, no gimmicks sales person and that she truly was. If I was ready to buy a car at that moment, I certainly would've bought it from her. One thing to note, as of yesterday, it was her 31st day of being employed. The owners wanted to see if she'd last a month before ordering her business cards. They should've ordered them 30-days ago! I look forward to coming back in two weeks and purchasing the Forrester from her, she totally deserves the sale!

I had a perfect experience dealing with Mark Moore in the internet department when I leased my Subaru Forrester a couple of months ago. Even though I said I probably wasn't going to buy a car for a month, he still took me seriously and took the time to sit down and show me the numbers. After shopping against honda and another Subaru dealership, I decided to buy without waiting the month because they had what I wanted in stock and his numbers were where I wanted to be. If you want a Subaru, deal with Mark.

we recently had a wonderful experience with a new, female car dealer (how often do you see them??) tamie kerr is a savvy, NON pushy, personable lady. unlike most car dealer experiences, this was pleasant! we would enjoy dealing with tamie again, and definitely recommend her to anyone getting ready for a car purchase.

Review for: Mark A. Moore (Fleet and Internet Manager) In Summary: After a previous awful experience with Putnam Subaru dealership (In Burlingame), I found Stevens Creek Subaru and Mark Moore!!! He was very helpful and did not pressure me, as I am still researching the specific vehicle I want. He provided me with the information I needed and told me to contact him whenever I am ready. In Detail: After my awful experience at Putnam Subaru (in Buringame), I was able to find and test drive the Subaru Tribeca at Stevens Creek Subaru, with Mark Moore. I have seen the Tribeca but have not had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and was excited to test drive it. Mark was helpful over the phone when we called in to check on the availability on the vehicle and even more helpful in person. He was able to give me a summary on the options and the specifications on the Subaru Tribeca. With no trouble at all, we were able to test drive the vehicle without the pressure I normally feel at car dealerships. (This is our 3rd purchase of a brand new vehicle which means a lot of previous experiences with car sales people.) While we were test driving the vehicle, he did research on the vehicles available with the options I wanted; by the time we came back, he had a list of 4 cars that will suit my needs and additional purchase options if I did not like any of those. One of the vehicles came with additional options that I did not need, which he immediately mentioned that he can work out the cost to balance the options I don't need. He gave me the invoice cost of the vehicles without me having to haggle for a lower cost. I mentioned that I was still researching and test-driving other vehicles, which he gave me his business card and said to call him whenever I am ready to make my purchase. I definitely appreciated being treated as an important customer even though I wasn't fully decided on the vehicle I wanted! Great experience with Mark Moore!!!
