I didn't like my last experiences but I called anyways looking for parts, the guy they got answering the phone changed my out outlook on this place. Mike was helpful and knowledgeable, I had no time wasted. I only wish their were more customer service people like him...
First off i will start off saying that my Sales guy Glen was AWESOME. He gets a 5 star rating also same for Mohommad ( if you can work with anyone here these two guys are the guys to talk to!) 6 days ago my fiance and I purchased a 2013 WRX. I was excited about what was agreed upon and took deliever of my vehicle. It was late at night and didnt leave the dealer until 9:30 pm. I cant say that the transaction was Smooth and that I didint run into any problems but I do commend Stevens Creek Subaru for taking ownership and taking care of me (the customer) to resolve the issues at hand. Overall - I have changed my 1 star to a 3 star and will plan on doing business with them again. and most importantly I LOVE MY SUBARU thanks for reading and hope this helps.
My husband and I just bought a 2013 Subaru Outback from this dealership this past weekend and we could not be happier! The second we got there Cemal was helpful and really spent time showing us all aspects of the different cars. I really appreciate a salesperson that takes their time and even while test driving the car he made sure we were able to test it out on various terrain. Cemal made sure he answered all of our questions and if he was unsure of the answer he would ask a coworker, I knew that he really cared and did all that he could to make sure we had all the information we needed to make such a big decision. Originally my husband and I were not planning on purchasing a car that day but because we had such a great experience and the dealership was willing to negotiate with us we feel we got a great deal and left with a great impression!
Sales deprtment review: I just bought a 2013 Impreza STI from stevens creek subaru. Sales person was very nice and friendly and was able to get me a great deal. Few things to mention, I brought in a price quote from different local dealer and stevens creek was able to give me a better deal. I like Cemal, my sales associate was friendly and things went smooth. finance went fast as well. I havent brought my car back for any service yet, so I cannot give any words for parts and service yet. I am very happy with my brand new vehicle, Thanks
I just purchased a 2013 Outback at Stevens Creek Subaru, and the experience I had was top-notch, 5 stars. After reading several 1-star reviews here on Yelp, I almost avoided going to Stevens Creek Subaru for my new Outback. However, after emailing and then talking to Andreas (Internet Sales Manager) on the phone, the deal was just too good to pass up. When I arrived at the dealership, the sales associates held open doors, and called me "sir" repeatedly (which weirds me out a bit since I still think I'm young). Andreas already had the car washed, prepped, and ready for the test drive. During my inspection I found a couple of small issues, which he promptly had fixed. The contract and credit application process was very easy and smooth, and I thank Andreas and Abby (my apologies if I spelled it wrong!) for that. Also, despite what other reviews said about the staff not being knowledgeable, I found that Andreas was very knowledgeable about the car. After the purchase, he spent over a half-hour with me, showing me how every button, knob, and switch in the car worked, even how to manually disengage the electronic parking brake system if it ever should fail (who would have known?). We'll see how the service goes over the next few years, but at least in terms of the buying experience I rate them 5 stars!
My fiance and I have been looking to purchase a Subaru WRX Premium for sometime time. After many trips to several dealerships across the bay area, Stevens Creek Subaru made it happen for us tonight! Upon arriving to meet my fiance who had already been at the dealership working negotiation, I was greeted by several Subaru employees (Andreas Beckmann, Glen Broudy, and Paul Marfia). Not only did the staff work tirelessly for over 2 hours trying to meet the needs of my fiance in terms of the car but they also catered to my every question and concern making me feel equally important. Paul Marfia the floow manager was outstanding working back and forth with my fiancá to make a deal happen. Even down to delivering the car and ensuring that we understood every feature and perk of our purchase, our experience was wonderful. Andreas Beckmann made sure of that. I personally had the pleasure of interacting the most with Glen Broudy who by far is the BEST salesman that I have ever come across. He was not only knowledgeable and kind but not the least bit pushy or eager to just "make the sale". The reality is that in the car business, it's common to feel taken advantage of and like all that matters is your money. Stevens Creek Subaru made us feel like our HAPPINESS mattered. We will be returning here for every service and any other future business.
