I'm just beginning the car search so I stopped in at Stevens Creek Subaru. I talked with Ben in sales. He was able to answer all of my questions and actually knew what he was talking about. I let him know I wasn't going to be buying yet, and he didn't pressure me at all. I was glad I took a look at Subaru's, and liked what I saw and I have Ben to thank for a good experience.
I have no idea why the bad reviews. I have dealt with these guys a few times and never a problem . I have gone thru Andreas Beckman in the internet department at various times . I have never had a problem quick smooth and without a hitch . All ways spot on . Give Andreas in the internet department a call or email and go from there .Top service and a great explanation of my cars in and outs ... You will be very happy ......
I recently purchased a car at this dealership and it was the best car buying experience. I spoke to about 6 Subaru internet managers and they all seemed nice enough but it seemed they all stayed within the same price range. Then I spoke to Andreas Beckmann at this dealership and be gave me the best price, didn't waver, was transparent and professional. I then called the other dealers back ready to negotiate once again. And again, they wouldn't budge and a couple said they would beat the price by $24 dollars, big deal! Out of appreciation for the best quote straight across I wanted to give Stevens Creek my business. I went in, looked at the car, was not prepared that day to purchase my Crosstrek xv as I was uncertain about the colors. They didn't have the color I wanted. I knew I wanted to purchase my car there because of the transparency. So I put a down payment and asked if they could order me the color of my choice. The next day Andreas called me and said the car was in. I came in and signed. I am as happy as a clam with my experience at this dealership. They are professional, and I will also be taking my car there for maintenance as they make you feel welcome. I will recommend Andreas at Stevens Creek to my family and friends. Ask for him for a no hassle experience.
I bought my 1st Subaru at Stevens Creek Subaru today. I had a very good experience with Tony Signorelli who works in internet sales. He is friendly, attentive and accomodating. We discussed price & financing online and he was ready when I walked in the door. Test drive, paperwork and home in about 3 hours. I would recommend SCS and to also to do your research b4 you look.
I bought a 2011 Forester at the end of the model year in October 2012. From the moment I set foot in the showroom I have had only positive experiences with this dealership. The salesman was thorough and very patient. He negotiated fairly and I am happy with the deal we made. VERY HAPPY. As I left with my new car, one of the dealership owners stopped by to thank me, shake my hand, and tell me he appreciated my business. I have brought my Forester in for service every few months and each time I can hardly believe how nice and friendly and professional everyone is. I get the oil changed, tires rotated, brakes inspected, and a complete safety check all in under two hours - and they have the car washed before I pick it up. WOW !!! Whenever I am there every staff member smiles and asks me if I am being helped and if I need anything. And if the owner is around, he is usually the first to greet me. Needless to say I am very happy with every aspect of my experience with Stevens Creek Subaru. By contrast - the same day I test drove the Forester - I next went to the Ford dealer up the street and was ignored by every single salesperson in the showroom and on the lot. I was the only customer there and not one person asked if I needed help. I guess that is onereason why I drive a Forester and not an Escape.
