Great experience from testdrive to delivery! *Testdrives* We worked with Jacob Baum (see here: stevenscreeksubaru.com/d…). Worked with us through several test drives (of different trims / options). *Pricing* Jacob presented one price! No bargaining was required. I did check in with other car dealers around the state for the same model and no one could beat that price. *Finance* Worked with Bijan in Finance. He matched the interest rate that we were getting elsewhere. He also gave us a great deal on the 7 year SAS. We also opted for the MobileTrace which was installed at my work place. Didn't take longer than it should have. *Inventory* They had the particular trim we wanted shipped from Bakersfield. There were literally 2 places in California where this trim was available. In general, they did seem to have a pretty good inventory. *Delivery* Jacob waited until after closing time to walk through the features of the car. Car was spotless! No problems. Only been driven 5 miles! *After-sales follow-up* So far its been good. We got a call when the Parts that we ordered after-factory, but that are on the purchase deed arrived.

One Word, One Person: Orlando!!!!! I have never written a review on Yelp, but Orlando is AMAZING. I went to Stevens Creek Subaru looking for a new Forester, however, I am a teacher and on an extremely tight budget. Orlando searched day in and day out trying to find the right car for me. Orlando was attentive without being pushy. He knew what I wanted, he knew my bottom line for payments and he knew exactly what I wanted. I ended up going with a certified used and i LOVE it! Orlando did an amazing job even after I purchased the car - I realized there was no owner's manual and he found a brand new one for me within 15 minutes. Honestly I don't know about some of the other salesmen - but they just reminded me of what you would see in the movies: slicked back hair, button down shirts with a few too many open buttons, and having their own conversations before greeting potential customers, but seriously ASK for Orlando and you will have the best car buying experience EVER.

I bought a new 2012 Impreza here after getting quotes from several dealers via CarWoo. They made the best offer, and also the vehicle they had in stock had a better set of options pre-installed than other ones I looked at (stuff I actually wanted, as opposed to stuff I didn't want). I was a little nervous given how low their yelp reviews are, but buying the car went smoothly... they didn't try to up-sell me or anything and they honored the price they had quoted. All in all a reasonable experience. I can't speak to the service department, don't have any experience with it.

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from this dealership and we were very happy with our experience. Andreas was our sales manager and he was courteous, professional and NOT pushy. I highly suggest giving him a call if you are interested in a Subaru.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews of Stevens Creek Subaru. We purchased our 2010 Subaru Outback and have it serviced at Stevens Creek Subaru (SCS) at regular service intervals. First, the Outback is a great car. One of the best we've owned and we have had Lexus RX, BMW's, and two Lincolns. We looked seriously at a Audi Quattro and for the money the Outback is the best choice if you ever go off-pavement. Great in the wet and snow also. I have personally dealt with Jeff Lofano, GM and Mohammad Ahmadi, General Sales Manager and both have been professional and honest with me. Matter of fact, I make a point to go meet with them every time I bring the 2010 Outback in for service. We have had our 2010 Outback at least 10 times at SCS. The service writers we have dealt with -- Ramin Zarnegar, Kevin Akbarzadeh, Christopher Hawes, and Alec Lofano have always fair and honest with us. Many have called after the service to see how we are doing. I like SCS so much I referred a friend of mine who also purchased an 2011 Outback and is very happy with the car and SCS. OK, I didn't give SCS a 5 star in response to someone who said the thought the 5 stars are shills. I'm not a shill, just a happy Subaru owner and I like the dealership.

After reading some of these reviews, I thought to myself "Oh boy, you should stay away from this place". But anyway, I decided to give them another chance, since they were good to me in the past. They did not disappoint me this time either! I came for a simple oil change with a crazily cheap coupon (printed from their website), but they also washed my car, made a quick inspection, had wifi and coffee while I was waiting, and even called me today to make sure I was satisfied! I am definitely coming back here!
