So far so good with these guys. I bought a used 2004 Subaru Forester last week from this dealership. A few special shout outs: Mandy, their Customer Relations Manager. She's awesome. She was super responsive and has been all along. Quick to get back to me by email, and quick to answer any questions before we bought the car. Fred, our salesman. It was his 3rd day on the job, and he was friendly as can be. He gave me no indication that he was being dishonest, and was very friendly, as well as patient considering my 1 year old son wasn't having the best of times sitting in their dealership for 3-4 hours while we bought a car. He was helpful, and super polite. Fouad, the finance manager. Super friendly. Also patient with our son. Got us in and out as quickly as he could. The only reason I'm going with 4 stars instead of 5 is because we bought the car late at night, and had to pick up the safety inspection and timing belt paperwork the following day (service was closed by the time we got the keys). When I picked up the paperwork, I reviewed it while looking over the car. Everything was repaired that they noted except an intercooler hose. No biggy. It's sealed, and I have no check engine light. But there was also another intercooler hose that was severely cracking, and the front passenger CV boot was torn. In reaction to this, I emailed Mandy, and she immediately got back to me first thing Monday morning and Fouad also called me to talk to me personally. They're going to be handling this for me. Provided these small issues get repaired, Stevens Creek Subaru will be going from 4 stars to 5 stars in this review. Edit and Update: From 4 stars to 5 stars. I took my car in last week to get my little safety issues checked out. It looked like a couple of intercooler hoses were cracked and a CV boot needed replacing. They gave me a 1 week estimate on getting the parts. The parts came in in 3 days. Chris Hayes (Hawes?) in service is a genuinely nice guy, and we chatted for a few minutes about camera equipment (I'm a photographer). He took my car for the day to inspect it and I picked it up in the afternoon after they ordered parts. I dropped my car off on Sunday night. Got a call from the service manager on Monday morning. He said he would be working with me on the repairs. One hose, upon further inspection, didn't need replacement. The other one was replaced. CV boot was also replaced. Had my car back by 5pm the same day. Mandy, Fred, Fouad, and Chris all get 5 stars from me. They were super helpful, and those were the people I dealt with face to face. Great experience with these guys. Party time. Excellent.

My family purchased 2 vehicles from Stevens Creek in the last several months (2012 Outback & Forester) same salesperson both times (Mark) Outstanding service & deal. Traveled from SoCal because no one else could match their price. Have had the Outback in for oil change, on a Saturday, offered free tank of gas, wow ! Great place !

I went in to Stevens Creek Subaru about a week ago just looking for a vehicle to purchase. Nothing to buy an walk out with that day but just needed basic information on a perfect car for me. More than one person asked me if I needed help an I received every bit of information an more on what I needed to know so I can get all my loans an information figured out so I can purchase a vehicle correctly. Every person there was very helpful and very nice to me. If I was able to return to buy more than one car I would come back to Stevens Creek Subaru because they are so genuinely nice and have great knowledge and care about there job and customers.

This review only applies to the Repair and Service Center at Stevens Creek Subaru. My wife's car was having some trouble with a rattling noise coming from the rear passenger side so I brought it in to have it looked at. The service advisor, Chris Hawes, was courteous and professional. He asked me some questions about the car's history and the trouble I was having with it, then got a shuttle to take me back to work. A couple of hours later, he called to let me know the issue had been fixed and that the car was ready for pickup. I picked up the car and drove it back, the problem seems to have gone away completely. They also cleaned the car (inside and out). Overall a very good experience. I'll definitely be coming back for future servicing.

I would also like to add that I have had a great experience with Stevens Creek Subaru. I bought a new Impreza WRX a few months ago through Mark Moore. He is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable about the Impreza models. Pricing was completely haggle-free with him too. If you are looking to buy a new Impreza / WRX / STI, Mark is the man! Plus I have taken my car in for service twice now, and both times went very smoothly. They have a small waiting-room area with coffee and donuts, but also you can just walk to Westfield Valley Fair or Santana Row and they will call you when the car is ready.

Yelp should offer a NO STAR. This place really deserves a no star. ANNA (don't know her last name) who works for the accounting department at Stevens Creek Subaru is probably one of the rudest and most incompetent person I have ever dealt with on a professional level. I cancelled my third party insurance thru SGI so SGI sent Stevens Creek Subaru my refund check per their policy, which I understand. Now the problem starts. The check was sent to Stevens Creek Subaru on June 12, 2012, Anna received the check and emailed me requesting for some information. I faxed her the information ASAP and today is June 25th and I still have not received my refund check from Stevens Creek Subaru. I emailed her to check on the status of the check, I get a response with a vague answer. I replied and reiterated my concern. No response. I called her directly today and again check up on the status just to get a rude and HELLO and a somewhat annoyed response. She stated that "once the dealership gets the check, they will deposit it in their account and then the dealership will cut the check and send it out to me." WTF??? YOU SHOULD OF TOLD ME THAT WHEN I EMAILED YOU!!! After our brief conversation I politely thank her for her help just to hear the phone click. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! 'm thinking to myself...what a b*tch, because of customers like us who buys cars from the dealership you work for that's how you stay employed and this is how you treat us. ***UPDATE*** I received a phone call from Anna today (June 27, 2012) with an apology. I appreciate her addressing the issues and taking responsibilities for her actions.
