I too am surprised by all of the bad reviews. I purchased a new Outback from them a little over a week ago and the experience could not have been more pleasant. Being this was my 3rd Subaru, I knew what I wanted - or so I thought. I started by requesting a quote in email and was given a very fair quote for the Forester that I wanted. All I needed to do was to go in and make my decision. Since I did this through the internet, I knew who to contact when I arrived. Andreas Beckmann. He was very low key, no pressure and took me out to see the car I wanted. While he retrieved the keys I started to wonder around looking at the Outbacks. I decided to take one out for a spin and the rest is history. Andreas applied no pressure when I decided to trade-up. He did not try to sell me. He gave me what I consider to be a very fair price for the new car and worked on getting me a fair price on my old Forester trade-in. Andreas stayed 2 hours past when he was supposed to leave to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and to give me a walk-through on the car's features. He also followed-up on several of my post-sales questions and was a pleasure to do business with. If you want a Subaru, I would highly recommend Andreas!

I'm not sure why all the bad ratings either - maybe we lucked out and got the best sales guy there. I went in twice this week to help my sister-in-law buy a used Subaru, and had a wonderful experience. You should ask for Mike Ramzi, because he took GREAT care of us. I mean really went out of his way to make buying a used car an absolutely pleasurable experience from looking to test-driving to purchasing. He was very kind, courteous, respectful (especially important to women buyers), never pushy and did his best to get us a good deal. We were all very pleased with the deal (we came in with a well-researched Internet price, which helped), and he threw in some extras for us to help my sister out. They gave her a reasonable trade-in for her car, which turned out to have some mechanical issues - so we didn't get as much as we hoped for from it, but it was truly reasonable considering the condition. She's thrilled with her "new" car, and we'd go back to buy a car from Mike Ramzi any time. I tell you, this guy was a gem - one of the best car salesmen I've ever encountered. I highly recommend you ask for him there. And BTW, they were very open with us on the detailed service record of the car she bought, which helped make the purchasing decision a little easier. All in all, a great experience - which is incredibly unusual for buying a car anywhere. No slime, just helpfulness and great customer service! Kudos!!

Buying my third Subaru from Jeff and the gang. The guys from Stevens Creek always greet me with a smile and hello, and I don't even know how many times I've changed my mind on the models and colors in the last six months but these guys have treated me the same every single time I stepped into the dealership. I can't imagine asking for anything better. Thanks Jeff.

I don't understand why these guys got such a bad rating. We have been to this location twice for service on our subaru. They are the only place that is open on Saturdays, which is very convenient for us. They are super friendly, and helpful. I love that the Westfield Shopping Mall and Santana Row are a short walk away, makes waiting for our vehicle easy.
