I went to the Subaru dealership today to look at the Outback and was really happy with the service I received. "Cash" was the gentlement who had helped me. He was very courteous and patient. He walked me through all my hundred questions and was not pushy or eager to just sell. I was very satisfied with his genuine effort to help me make the right decision whether it was with Subaru or not. I will definitley be going back to this dealership, and seeking out Cash again for help.

Came here several times to look at various vehicles. My initial contact with them was to look at a new Impreza WRX and 2012 non-WRX Impreza. The latter was not yet available at the time, yet I had a pleasant no pressure experience and was able to secure a good length test drive which was not my experience at other dealerships. While I did not ultimately purchase an Impreza due to needing a larger car, and did not purchase from this dealership due to (among other things) unavailability of the car I wanted, I had decent experiences and no horror stories, which is not something I can say about Capitol Subaru.

I really like Stevens Creek Subaru. Everyone seems to really care that the customers are completely satisfied. I am lucky because I have only dealt with the "new regime" but I have been made privy to some pretty cool things. They have the largest budget of any Subaru dealership in the area, set up by the owner for the sole purpose of making sure their customers are completely satisfied. I watched from the service waiting area as the general manager himself went out to look at scratches one of the new car customers had in their new car. I also watched him authorize the work. There are some pretty tough reviews on here about these guys, but one thing is clear to me as a consumer. I want to continue doing business with a place that wants everyone completely satisfied the way these guys do.

I came here a month ago just looking around for cars. As soon as I parked, a girl named Krystal came out and asked me what I was looking for. She showed me a few cars I was looking for and gave me her card in-case I wanted to come back and buy a car from them. No pressure. They had a nice used lot, but their new subaru inventory kinda sucked.

Been here a couple of times, friendly and courteous, brought my wooded Outback in for a service issue and it was taken care of immediately!

I'm cautiously optimistic that things wronged will hopefully eventually be righted at SC Subaru. As Mandy has mentioned, I was contacted by Ron the service manager. It sounds by all accounts that he is trying with all his effort to genuinely make things right within the service department. I am offered a refunded difference between a misquoted service and Ron has looked into making sure that my concerns are being addressed. It's good to know that there's a manager that understands that good business and happy customers go hand in hand; and I look forward to hopefully a transformation here.
