I have been looking for a new, used luxury vehicle (BMW or Mercedes) for the last two weeks. Given a limited budget and specific requirments attached to my pre-approved loan (at a good rate), the process has been challenging, all the more so because I have had to deal with so many double talking sales people or no service at all. Well, I want to highly recommend Sash Ali at Stevens Creek Subaru. He was very helpful, even though it was close to closing time. I felt he was the first person who gave me straight answers and even some tips on purchasing a used vehicle. Unfortunately, I lost out on a great deal they had going because I could not contact my lender to approve a slightly over mileage factor for my loan. However, I have followed up with him and hope that something else will come in that meets my requirements. By the way, I understand you can get a better deal on the weekend and the last day of the month. Not sure if this is true, but this is the rumor. The only reason I gave Sash three stars and not five is because he didn't know all the answers I had for the Mercedes, because he is more familiar with Subarus, but that is understandable. Still gave great service.

I don't know what all these terrible reviews are about! I brought my car here today for a recall test, and they fit me right in when I got there, no appointment needed! The representative helping us, Matt, was super friendly, and just *barely* underestimated the time it would take. We got a complimentary carwash and vacuuming, too! If I had money, I would have no qualms about car-shopping here!

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I bought my car, I might have missed out on the great deal I got. I did not go in to the showroom, but instead I contacted their internet sales person, Masood Mir. He was honest and straightforward with me, and told me exactly how much the car would cost, including all taxes and fees. He sold me a 2012 Impreza for $700 under invoice, which I thought was a great deal since the new Imprezas are in demand. He never tried to talk me into buying any extras or add-ons. They didn't have the base model I wanted in stock, so I had to order it. I checked around at other dealerships, and nobody had it in stock. Everyone told me it would take 6-8 weeks for it to come in, but it actually only took 2 weeks. I got great financing, 1.99 % for 66 months, and no money down. Erik the finance director was very helpful. This dealership can offer the best prices because they sell such a high volume. I didn't have to haggle at all. I've never had such an easy time buying a car.

Got my 2011 Subaru WRX. Alex (salesman) and Mohammad (General Manager) and Bijon (Finance manager) - helped a lot. Car price was great. There was a little bit of haggeling - but that is usual for any dealership. Alex was very helpful - and was very good. 4 stars for now - the remaining 1 star will save to see thier service in a few months.... Overall a good expereince....

Finding the right salesman to work for you is 100% the most important thing that makes or breaks the deal. This car i was helping to buy was not for me but a manager of mine. Mark Moore was the EXPERIENCED salesman who we talked to. Kudos to the dude. I went there with knowing knowledge that my guy did not have a good credit history but a good score, and the chances of him getting a car was slim to none by himself. Before this, my guy went to several subaru dealers who would not let him test drive the car. He wanted either a WRX or sti. Even though he is young wont they even entertain him? who else buys pocket rocket boy toy cars other than younger men? The moment we went there it was a no bullshit attitude he gave us, testing out both cars without any problems , and my guy choose a WRX LTD black on black for a good price. After running the score and failing on credit and work history my guy was turned down as the car was too expensive 30k out the door. Mark then told him what he should do to improve these items and get the car of his dreams at a later date. My guy was heartbroken. As i was sick and tired of my guy being late to work cause of his old car problems I told Mark to give me a number to make it work, he ran around with the finance officers there came up with a number we needed for a shot and it was DONE! now my guy is picking up his dreamcar tommorrow with a great price and a very decent APR. SO if u wanna buy a Subaru go to MARK he will make it happen. Just make sure u have what it takes to get there.

Sales Department: We purchased our car at this dealer and had a great experience with the sales staff. The great part was I did all my negotiations over the phone and didn't have to spend time talking about price at the dealer. When it was time to finance the car, I was a bit skeptical since we had experienced "padded" charges with another non-Subaru dealer in the past, however this time all the charges were valid. The store or service manager personally thanked us for the business, which was a nice touch. We really appreciate the professionalism of the staff. Con: The reason why 4 stars and not 5 is because when the stickers were removed from my front window, it was not cleaned well and you could see the area where one of the stickers were removed. When I buy something brand new, I expect perfection. Service Department: We brought our brand new Subaru for the first oil change and despite the bad reviews on yelp, we had a great experience. The service staff were professional AND to my pleasant surprise, they even washed my car!
