When I first started car shopping a few weeks ago my first stop was Stevens Creek Subaru. I was greeted by ANREAS and when I expained that I was not in the market to buy that day and needed to test drive a few different makes of vehicles before I knew what I would want I was pleasantly surprised by a no pressure test drive of the Outback. After driving other vehicles I took a week to decide on the Subaru. I got back in touch with ANREAS and he was very professional and friendly about answering my questions. The whole experience was so easy I actually enjoyed it (the thought of car shopping does NOT bring a warm feeling to me generally speaking)! I even found myself laughing with ERIC in the finance department (very cool young man). Today I drove home my new Outback and I'm stoked! SO, if your interested in a Subaru I highly recommend visiting Stevens Creek and asking for ADREAS BECKMANN. The guy's a prince of a car salesman.

I'm really busy, but had to write a great review about my experience at this place especially with Masood, the Internet fleet manager and the GM, Jeff. If you work with them, I'm sure they will take good care of you - they really care about their customer satisfaction, even after the deal was closed. Anf they honored their words! With my experience with them, the least I can do is to provide a fair review of my experience. We just got our Outback after shopping for a car for a few month, we were not sure if we should get forester or outback, after test driving on sat. With Another sale rep at their closing time on Saturday, he was very nice and accommodating. On Sunday, After shopping at a few other places, we called back Masood at stevenscreek, who quoted the best price. I asked for quick transaction over the phone and told him we were going in to purchase the car in an hour. Masood had the car ready for us when we arrive, it was detailed. After the test drive, i was really not too happy with the Forrester. Surprisingly, Masood was not showing any sign of annoyance - it was Sunday afternoon and he was about to go home, but waited for us. And here we are, changing our mind after telling him we wanted the car over the phone a few hours ago. Even more surprising, massed asked if we were in a hurry to get a car, and we should go home and think about it since we are not sure which model of Outback we like. I have not a car salesman like him, not a single bit of pushy and was very upfront and honest. I insisted of getting a car that night and we manage to find a car we like, and the transaction was so smooth and fast, it broke our car shopping experience. On the next day, we had some minor issues with the car, and Masood and the GM quickly resolve the issue for us within 24 hours, the service level and professionalism exceed our expectation. We were impressed with the service experience with our Audi, but our experience with this car dealer, especially with Masood and Jeff just blew our mind. I hope you have a good experience like us . 10 stars!

This is my first yelp review on anything and I felt it was important to recognize the great service at Stevenscreeksubaru. To start with, I was planning to lease a car and did my bit of research before walking into this place. I tell you I would have met at least a dozen salesmen in the past few days, but haven't met a genuine salesman like Mark Moore. He was very forthright in explaining the pros and cons of the vehicle based on what I was looking for and to top it all showed a lot of patience hearing me out. I guess its common for a salesman to say that you can reach out to him anytime even after the deal for any issues. And I tell you Mark for sure will keep his promise. I am really happy to have got an amazing deal on my new Subaru. But it was not a cakewalk. This is why... My second review is for Erik Chernushin, their finance Director. If it wasn't for his continuous push and follow-ups with Subaru finance, I would have either given up my lease or spent an additional 50 bucks on my monthly payout. I was in a tough spot where Subaru finance was not approving my 36 month lease because of my visa restrictions and was approved it only for 30 months. I had already leased the car by then and was wondering what to do. Erik was very prompt in turning the whole situation around in my favor by talking to Subaru and convincing my case to be taken up as a one off, and he did pull the whole thing off in 2 days! Over all I am a 'Happy Customer' ! The least I could do is to rate them 5/5.

This review is more for Mark Moore than the dealership, since I just purchased a car from him and have no other experiences to go off of. Mark is a top notch salesman who was responsive and professional to deal with. He was able to match the best price received from another dealership and was open and honest during the entire process. He does not give off the creepy salesman vibe, and gave me a price that no other dealers in the area were willing to beat as well. I originally ordered a WRX from him, but because I became a little impatient waiting for it I ended up having him trade another dealer for an STI. We exchanged over 30 e-mails back and forth as I was trying to iron out every detail and had him canvas a 200 mile radius looking for suitable cars that would fit my exact specifications. He found a great car, gave me a good no haggle price, and had it delivered by 3pm the next day. If you're debating between a STI and a WRX have Mark give you a ride in a STI...you'll have him get you one the next day. Mark has also offered to help me down the line should I need any tips on handling the STI or getting aftermarket upgrades. I'm currently having a blast in my STI, and would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a Subaru, especially a fast one. As usual, though, my finance guy was not great, and I am currently in debate over my loan app. I will update with a separate review once that process is complete, but Mark was still great to work with and deserves 5 stars.

After having a baby, my Honda Fit was no longer cutting it. I went into the Honda dealership to trade in my FIT for a bigger car, only to be insulted! I was fortunate to hear of Mark Moore at Stevens Creek Subaru. My brother and his boss also purchased cars from Mark and had nothing but wonderful things to say. Mark is your man! He is honest, straight forward, and not like your typical pushy salesman. I contacted him by phone and we made arrangements to meet on superbowl Sunday! Mark made sure the car fit my needs and not once did he try to push a more expensive model on me. Erik the finance manager was also very helpful and quick. I drove over an hour from my home to purchase my Outback at Stevens Creek and didn't regret it at all! I am surprised at the poor reviews. Contact Mark directly, he will definitely take care of you!
