Visited for a pre-purchase test drives. Facility was a bit chaotic on the black Friday weekend but I found the internet sales manager I was in touch with and he helped me courteously with the test drives of an XV and a Forester. It was a quick drives but I got enough of it to make up my mind. A bit disappointed on the pricing was communicated. It was not a written paper or detailed pricing but a single number. In that sense other dealers like Sunnyvale Volkswagen did way better. I wish other dealers should also start offering a detailed, informative and good prices upfront with all the options. Overall it was a good experience without anything terribly bad.
We did not have the most favorable impression of Stevens Creek Subaru prior to this visit, and we were still not impressed with a few of the folks there, but we worked with Shane when we bought our new Outback, and he was fantastic. I would definitely work with him again if we were getting another Subaru!
Sash was great at explaining everything we needed to know about the car and showing us the differences between the models we were looking at. He answered all our questions and made the purchase process much easier.
We picked up new outback today. Two months ago I requested a quote Stevens Creek Subaru and received it from Shane Amirkiai. I accepted the offer, paid deposit and received the order number. A week or so later Shane provided me with the VIN. Since then every week Shane kept me updated on the status of the car. Today my wife and I went to the dealership for the first time. The car was all prepped for us. We test drove it, completed paperwork and were out of there within 1.5 hours. Shane has provided us with honest and respectful service. There was no attempt to change the deal or up-sell. I can't think of anything that could have made our experience better. Highly recommend reaching out to Shane if you are looking for a new Subaru.
I just got a 2015 Subaru BRZ from Stevens Creek Subaru. Salesman name Cemal (Jamal) Unal helped me. He was very friendly, professional, and straightforward. He beat Capitol, Putnam and Serramonte's number. I was treated like I was the only buying car from them. If you want an experience that you will never forget see Cemal at Stevens Creek Subaru. After I bought my car he called me to see how is my new BRZ@f0 And he asked me if there was any question or problem. He mentioned that his job starts after I get the car. This five star review is specifically for Sal. He was the only one who greeted me and my mom when we first walked into the building. There was actually another salesman who saw us but did not greet us or even bother to say hi, instead he decided to help another caucasian man right when he walked in. (0 stars for that...) But thanks to Sal's superb customer service, I was actually planning to buy my car from him. He took the time to show me the entire series of the WRX, explained everything and I'm sure has repeated himself many times but never once did he get annoyed or frustrated. He answered all my questions with detail and he also let me test drive the car and showed me some things the car could do. I ended up going somewhere else because my mom wanted to get the car ASAP but Sal was out of town, and I wanted to buy from him than from another sales person at the Stevens Creek Subaru. Overall, if i was planning to buy another Subaru, I would definitely be looking for Sal. Thanks again Sal for your great customer service!
