This five star review is specifically for Sal. He was the only one who greeted me and my mom when we first walked into the building. There was actually another salesman who saw us but did not greet us or even bother to say hi, instead he decided to help another caucasian man right when he walked in. (0 stars for that...) But thanks to Sal's superb customer service, I was actually planning to buy my car from him. He took the time to show me the entire series of the WRX, explained everything and I'm sure has repeated himself many times but never once did he get annoyed or frustrated. He answered all my questions with detail and he also let me test drive the car and showed me some things the car could do. I ended up going somewhere else because my mom wanted to get the car ASAP but Sal was out of town, and I wanted to buy from him than from another sales person at the Stevens Creek Subaru. Overall, if i was planning to buy another Subaru, I would definitely be looking for Sal. Thanks again Sal for your great customer service!
