Where to begin. I turned up in the evening to test drive a 2015 BRZ, with no intention at all of purchasing one. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by Gurpreet, an exceptionally friendly associate, who asked all the right questions, and had no qualms about me test driving a car. I was particularly impressed with his quiet air of confidence, which put me at ease immediately. There is nothing worse than a salesperson who pushes and pushes. Gurpreet never asked me if I was looking to buy... he opened with "What can I do for you today@f0", and upon me requesting a test drive, he has no annoying questions about how much money I had to spend. More employees should be like Gurpreet. After test driving the car, I had a great experience, and so decided to trade in my Mazda for the BRZ. During this process, I worked with both Gurpreet and Joel, both of whom are truly great at what they do. Joel is extremely polite, and never questioned or interrupted some of my (sometimes) aggressive views on the financing rates. We were able to easily reach an agreement, and unlike any finance individual I have worked with before, Olivia was incredibly succinct, no BS, and straight to the point. Overall, 10/10 experience. Even though it took about 4 hours, when you consider that includes trading in my car, checking my credit, financing... It's a pretty good deal. The free coffee helps too. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Joel and Gurpreet; you cannot go wrong with them. I've never met such easy to work with car "sales" guys. And when it gets to financing, definitely ask for Olivia from Romania- she's a treat. Happy to be part of the Subaru family.

So I have been dreaming about a Subaru Impreza WRX STI since I was a freshman in high school, and the guys at Stevens Creek Subaru made it happen in a day. Sargon Gaddo found me in the lot looking at cars and was very helpful with me and my father and even took me to the back of the lot to see the 2015 STI. Me and my father went in thinking that we were going in to get an idea and make plans for when my tax return came in a few weeks but, everyone there was helping me there to make it happen as soon as possible. Once we done they told me I could take it the next day I could not believe it. I was then pointed in the direction of Ali in the financing department who was very helpful and explained gap insurance and my Subaru care plan, after some paper work was done he had to leave and he came back to tell me he had great news for me. He told me I could take it home the same day they just put it to get detailed all I could say was NOOOOOO YOU'RE LYING. The very nice and professional crew at Stevens Creek Subaru made my 7 year old dream possible thanks to them I wake up with a smile and a kick in my step. The crew congratulated me and some other people visiting saw me smiling and asked if I just bought a car they could just tell how happy I was thanks to the crew at the dealership. Sitting in my seat with anticipation for my car to be out of detailing so I could drive it for the first time, once it was out Sargon gave me a tour of the car and explained the features to me all the safety tips and went in full detail on the specs of the car. This dealership is like a family I walk in and they ask hows the car, any tickets?, no racing, it makes me feel like I am at home and make visiting a treat. If any of my friends or family are in the market for a new Subaru new or pre-owned I will tell them that Stevens Creek Subaru is the place to go for great service and nice friendly faces.

Ben, Ali, adn RJ were accomidating and very helpfull. As first time buyers my boyfriend and I were very nervous and scared. But Ben reassured us by answering every question we had and gave us very good discounts. Over all a wonderful experience that we will remember for a lifetime.

Service department was great. Dante was fabulous to work with and went above and beyond.

We worked with Hossein, and we had a great experience. He helped us out with the test drives, and was very straightforward. He was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in, and was able to answer all our questions. Most of all, the price he quoted was immediately the best price we had expected, and was at par with every website's recommendation. We had checked with TrueCar, KBB, Edmunds, and we had a good idea of what price to expect - Hossein's price was spot on. There was none of the usual salesman "hey why don't you buy this extra thing as well". He didn't try to tack on things we were not interested in, or waste our time with stories about how awesome their dealership is - he listened to us, showed us the car we wanted, gave us a fantastic price, and we walked out with a car.

This review is specifically for Shane, the internet sales person. After spending over a month looking at cars, and dealing with various dealers all over the bay area, we ended up back at our first choice of a 2015 Subaru Outback. I contacted many Subaru dealers, who insisted they could not budge on their price, and when I contacted Shane at Steven's Creek Subaru, he gave me a price right off the bat that was lower than the other dealers in the area so of course that got me right there. We went in and decided to order a car that fit our requirements. Shane was a pleasure to work with the entire time, from ordering to picking up the car. He keep me informed on the cars progress the entire time, and the car even came in a few weeks earlier than was expected. When we went to pick up the car, he spent a huge chunk of time going over the car and how everything works, which was MUCH appreciated since all of the technology in the car is completely new to me! Bottom line the best sales person in the bay area. No pressure, just complete honesty and sincerity. Contact Shane in internet sales if you want to buy a new Subaru...you won't be sorry!!!!
