Simply a No Nonsense experience! 1) INVENTORY! It is there online, including cars in transit, so we found the car we were looking for when another dealer wanted us to order it, cutting the delay time down to a few weeks. 2) TEST DRIVE! We showed up without warning on a Sunday afternoon. I brought along our Dalmation. Not even a blink of an eye in surprise by the sales staff. Rather, they I helped to include him in the test drive. I'd also done enough homework to know what they had on lot and that there would likely be one in the trim with many of the features we wanted to check out. Again, no problem. 3) PRICE NEGOTIATION! We'd done our homework (truecar, KBB, Edwards, Costco, etc.) and named our price for a specific VIN. Steven's Creek pretty much agreed, and the deal was not painful (as it has been in the past at other dealers despite our homework). 4) PROFESSIONAL! Everyone on the Internet sales team and in financing were low key, frank, and fair. CLOCKWORK! They were also well versed in their cars, their features and functions, and the dealer's processes, making the test drive, price negotiations, and pickup less than the all day affair as it has been in the past at other dealers. 2 suggested improvements...1) Subaru needs to create a Webportal for tracking the status of vehicles. 2) The building is showing wear. I understand they will be building a new facility soon, but this one could still use a little more spit and polish. BOTTOMLINE: Will I buy again these guys? You bet! Why not?

So I just bought a Subaru and unfortunately I had to maintenance it, but that's the only reason why I rated it down one star, but I had great customer service by Dante in the service department. He was honest and nice, a relatable person not a robotic so he was cool. Also, the maintenance was really fast so that's was great as well. Thank you Dante and Jose for great service, the two people I go to.

After 2 weeks of car shopping (still currently looking), I couldn't help the need to express my gratitude to Shane at Stevens Creek Subaru and the wonderful assistance he provided for me during my visit there. I was interested in a fully loaded 2015 Subaru Legacy, which unfortunately they wouldn't have unless it was specially ordered. Even with that, Shane still took the time to talk me through all the models they had on the lot, answer all the questions I had with excellent knowledge, but the best part was he was as honest and forth coming as you would ever expect from a car dealer. He was never lazy to walk me across the lot to show me a vehicle, just to show it to me. I never felt rushed or felt like my time wasn't important to him. Never had I talked to a car dealer in the span of 2 weeks that was as honest and chill as Shane. Unfortunately it wasn't the right time for me to buy a Subaru, but I'm looking forward to the day when it is and Shane is the one that's going to have my business, without a doubt. Thanks for the time Shane!

I'm not sure where to begin.... I had been researching and test-driving for 4 months prior to my final decision to purchase. The day I bought my Subaru, I was on my way to another dealer because I had negotiated a price and approved my financing but something in my gut said "go check out Stevens Creek one more time", so I did. During my research, I had been in contact with Shane, the Internet Sales Advisor, who was very responsive answering my inquiries and updating me with sales and specials. When I got to the dealership on March 30th, I was approached by Hamid, a sales advisor. I had previously spoken with Hamid about colors, options and spec information for the Subaru Impreza Sport Premium Hatchback; we took the car for a test drive. Hamid was very mellow, no pressure and patient with me as I asked every possible question there was. He offered to have financing check my credit to determine what rate I would get and I was given a rate of 2 full points lower than another dealership stated and 4 points lower than my credit union. That day, I needed to return a rental car I was using and Hamid followed me to the rental car agency and brought me back to Subaru so I could complete my sale; that's service! RJ from financing then informed us he found me a much better rate... this one was more than half off of the rate my Credit Union offered; my credit isn't great and I was amazed RJ worked miracles which saved me a lot of money. I then decided to purchase my vehicle.... my vehicle came with a roof rack but I asked if we could take it off and adjust the price... Shane and Hamid happily assisted. I then met with Ali to go over the financing and other options.... my car didn't come with leather but I love leather seats... Ali was very helpful in getting me to a price I was happy with for my After-Market leather and Extended Warranty Once everything was finalized, we printed and signed the paperwork and I was off in my new car. The review doesn't end there.... a week later, Shane assisted me in setting my appointment for my After-Market leather and when I arrived, Jarrod, in the service department, quickly assisted me and informed me Enterprise would pick me up and take me to get my rental. I maybe waited 10 minutes and Enterprise provided a shuttle to their office; Stevens Creek Subaru paid for my rental while my leather was being installed. I picked up my car yesterday and the leather interior is flawless. I want to thank Shane, Hamid, RJ, Ali and Jarrod in helping re-define Customer Service and the car-buying experience. I rarely give 5 stars for any business but this team earned it.

I knew I wanted a 2015 white Subaru Outback with all the safety features. I had visited a dealer near my home in Sacramento several times trying to decide which model to get. The last car I bought was in 1997, so this was a big purchase for me! I did a lot of online research and inquiries and found Shane Amirkiai at Stevens Creek Subaru! Shane is great. I ended up buying a car that wasn't even in California yet! Shane kept me posted on its arrival so I could make plans to head down to San Jose. He was super nice and easy to work with. And even after buying the car, he has been helpful in answering questions and making sure everything is going well. It was well worth the two hour drive to get such a great deal - definitely ask for Shane!!!

I would highly recommend you visit Stevens Creek Subaru and ask to work with Shane. I have purchased my fair share of cars, but this has to be one of the easiest auto transactions I have experienced. I had a bad experience with Capitol and I walked out, I thought I wouldn't be able to get the car I wanted and after speaking with Shane, I came in to get an appraisal on my trade in and I walked out with a car. It was exactly the car I wanted at the price I needed to be at. I got a great deal thru truecar and the accepted it without question. There was absolutely no pressure and the paperwork process had to be the quickest I ever expected. I will for sure shop there again and I hope when I am in the market again (hopefully not for a while) I hope Shane will be there to help me. Thank you Shane and thank you Stevens Creek Subaru. You have earned a customer for life.
