At the beginning I didn't want to buy Forester, I just came to see how it look like and compare it with Toyota Rav4 but I ended up to buy Forester. Just bought a Subaru Impreza here and had a really positive experienced. I worked with Shane and he was a huge help through every step of the process, and very easy to work with. I felt like I got a good deal on my car.

Shane was awesome to deal with. He was very quick with his responses via email prior to our visit. Shane respected the fact that my husband used to work as an F & I Manager one time. So everything Shane presented was real. It was also good to know that the internet inventory was accurate. We were looking for a very specific Legacy with package. Also loved that Shane quoted a few alternatives along with exactly we were looking for, just for comparission. Shane was very knowledgeable and went over all the important features including the Eyesight.

I walked into Steven's Creek Subaru with one friend and when I left I felt I had two. Masood provided me with all the information I needed and if he didn't know the answer to my random questions he would go find the answer.
