This review is specifically for Shane, the internet sales person. After spending over a month looking at cars, and dealing with various dealers all over the bay area, we ended up back at our first choice of a 2015 Subaru Outback. I contacted many Subaru dealers, who insisted they could not budge on their price, and when I contacted Shane at Steven's Creek Subaru, he gave me a price right off the bat that was lower than the other dealers in the area so of course that got me right there. We went in and decided to order a car that fit our requirements. Shane was a pleasure to work with the entire time, from ordering to picking up the car. He keep me informed on the cars progress the entire time, and the car even came in a few weeks earlier than was expected. When we went to pick up the car, he spent a huge chunk of time going over the car and how everything works, which was MUCH appreciated since all of the technology in the car is completely new to me!
