I recently purchased my first Subaru here and it was a nice experience. I had used an online service to check out their inventory and an auto email to start the process. I received a pretty quick response to come check them out and pick a time. It seemed like they were closing soon so we just went over and wound up catching our email contact out on his dinner break. Michael Marsh showed up quickly after they gave him a call and he proceeded to show us the car(s) we were interested in seeing. We had one car in mind but after seeing the size and performance we were a bit disappointed so Michael steered us toward a personal favorite of his : ) We are so glad he did! He knew what we were wanting after listening to us talk about what was missing (space and horsepower). We've been thrilled with his recommendation and he waited patiently for us to talk about it privately and come to a decision. Ali Rahnoma helped us with the financing and he was also very patient in explaining each step and excellent with making us feel comfortable and more like acquaintances than customers. Initially, I like that they don't work off commission and that positive reviews are actually important in the income that they make. If I could have changed anything about the experience it would have been to be able to purchase the car during full business hours but that was due to our indecision : ) In this experience, both Michael Marsh and Ali Rahnoma were execeptional in their professionalism, courtesy and patience. It feels that Subaru also strives to win customer satisfaction over other aspects.
I just bought a car from this dealership and the customer service here is truly exceptional. Thank you Gurpreet for making this such a positive experience. I got to the dealership near closing time, around 8:30 pm. Not only were you able to find the car I was interested in, but you ended staying 3 hours pass closing to make the sale of the car. You spend so much time letting me and my husband test drive the car and answering all our questions. In addition, you gave us an amazing deal for the vehicle. If this wasn't enough, you went beyond your call of duty when I didn't bring my personal checkbook to follow us home to get the check for this purchase so we don't have to drive back the following day. When we picked up the car, you knew we weren't familiar with all the electronics in the car and you spend so much time explaining how the vehicles works. I have been to many dealerships within this past week trying to decide on the car I want to buy. But the customer service in this dealership beats them all. As far as dealership and customer service goes, it doesn't get better than this. We came here and bought our second Subaru Forester from Manny Chua. The buying experience was truly easy and smooth. Manny was very sincere and patient with us and it's all a buyer can ask from his salesperson. His manager RJ was very supportive and very efficient as well. Already told my family and friends about them. Highly recommended to anyone who wants the best car buying experience. Love our car! :)
We worked with Frank and Max when we bought our new 2016 Forester last week, and they were both fantastic! All in all, the whole group of employees at this location was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Our 1999 VW Passat blew a head gasket over the weekend, so we needed to find a replacement car quickly. Max and Frank spent lots of time showing us the different models, telling us about all of the many cool safety features in Subaru's Outback and Forester models, and they took us on *many* test drives. We were literally there for about 5 or 6 hours and even for a couple hours past closing time, and yet they weren't chasing us out of the building. They were as patient in working with us as could be hoped for, and they were willing to work us to find us the best combination of features we were looking for at a great price. We hit a small snag when the original car we purchased wasn't 100% what we wanted (it was a little underpowered for towing our jet ski), but because we had included the $250 cancellation clause, they were willing to "bend the rules" a little so we could upgrade to an XT turbo model with more luxury features and better horsepower. And they still gave us a great price. (The cancellation and subsequent purchase was mostly caused by our own indecision and lack of knowledge. And it was a complicated exchange with lots of moving parts and the whole thing played out over 3 days. But Frank and Max, and the guys in finance, were *extremely* cool about the whole thing and very accommodating.) In addition, we got help from Gurupreet(sp@f0), the internet sales manager... He was willing to spend several hours educating us on the many cool technology features in our Forester XT, and after his training session, we're more in love with our Subaru than ever! Even the guys in the finance department deserve a special "shout out" for their willingness to work with us to make sure we left feeling like we'd been treated well. This is a dealership that really wants to make you feel good about your purchase. They're not out for the "quick buck". Nope, they're in it for the long haul and they want to do everything in their power to make sure you leave feeling like you've been treated well, and ended up with a product you can believe in. Lots of car dealers say this kind of thing, and I don't always believe them, but after a great experience with Frank and Max, I know that these guys really mean it. They want to build a long term relationship with you as a Subaru customer, and their actions speak to that goal. So far, our Forester XT has been a fun car that has performed great, and the sales experience was incredible! We've ditched our VW Passat, and there's no looking back. With all the smog problems plaguing the German cars these days, VW seems about as passá as a Yugo. No more European cars for us... Subaru Stevens Creek is where it's at!
Gurpreet Grewal helped me buy an Outback this weekend, something I had been eyeing for quite some time. I came away feeling like I got a car I loved at a fair price and never felt any pressure from him. He wanted my business, but respected my timing, followed up with things he promised, but didn't hound me to make a sale. He spent a lot time with me figuring out out of various models which would work best for me, along with color, especially interior - which is more important than I could have imagined with regards to stains etc. He knows his Subarus and even owns a couple himself, which helps. He was very patient and honored competitive quotes. He had a great sense of humor, along with the other staff - which I loved! Especially since I was trading in a car I adored (got a fair price) and was leaving VW, the only cars I have ever owned.
