I have been going to Stevens Creek Subaru for my routine maintenance and have found it to be a great experience. The service managers do a good job of communicating what is going on and giving you an estimate of the time remaining for your car's service. On top of that there is a fancy coffee machine in the waiting area that can make anything from espresso to vanilla lattes. Hot chocolate is also available for those who don't want caffeine. Subaru also offers a shuttle service to and from locations within ten miles but a have not used that feature yet. One more note about the facilities: I noticed a small dog area of you have a furry friend with you. I have not used this either but it's good to know it is an option.
Gurpreet was our sales rep. He was knowledgeable and professional. Friendly and courteous. Helps to be a grease monkey and car enthusiast. It was fun to transact with Gurpreet. I would recommend him. I would give more stars but the purchase wait time was way too long. Arrive at 2:20 pm but did not get out till 6:40 pm. The dealership itself really needs a major redesign and layout. Kinda cramp and not a comfortable nor inviting environment. So knocked out two stars.
Your salesman, Jon Starrett, is impressive. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and honest. He is the reason I bought my car from your dealership. The first time I visited your location, a different salesperson was pushy and annoying and didn't adequately answer my questions. My son suggested we return and find a different salesperson and we did. We found Jon and I am a happy camper!! We had to order my Legacy with cloth seats and Jon kept me apprised of the progress. We were both excited when it finally came in. Yesterday I drove it and Jon patiently went over all the bells and whistles. I took up a iot of his time but I am very happy with my purchase. Also your finance man Ali was most helpful with the warranty information and paperwork. Thank you for making my purchase a pleasant experience. I hope my maintenance will be as satisfactory in your service department.
I've been thinking about buying a car for a while now and finally got around to purchasing one. I've really been keen on getting a Subaru and test drove one a few years back. After thinking about it and dilly dallying for years, I bit the bullet yesterday and made my first big girl purchase. I'm a tiny person but I love big cars, and I really had my heart set on a Crosstrek. I checked online and saw that there were only two white Crosstreks left in stock at this location and when we went in it was tucked all the way in the back of the lot. Ben was so helpful and helped us get the car on the road for a test drive. Mind you there were about 2 other people circling the car while we were sitting in it. We went in to talk negotiations and it was pretty straightforward. We did our research on TrueCar prior to going in and we let them know what our price was. Ben was on our side and helped us negotiate to bring the price down to one that everyone was happy with it. The whole car shopping experience was relatively pain free and we were finished within a quick few hours. They had the car cleaned and detailed, and Ben made sure to go through each feature in the car thoroughly to make sure everything was how it should be. My boyfriend is debating on a car and as he was with me for the whole experience, it is quite likely that he'll go back here if he decides to get a Subaru too. Overall I'm so excited to be part of the Subi family and I can't wait to spend time in my new baby during my daily commute to work. If you're in the market for a new car definitely head over to Subaru Stevens Creek and know that they'll work a great deal out with you on your new ride.
Had a great time here. I recommend coming here and talking to him. He makes you feel welcome and he tried his best to help you with everything possible. He sat me down and explain everything clearly so i won't be confuse on anything. Great customer service!
What a pleasant car purchase experience! I have never really written a review; I created a Yelp account just so that I can write this one. In summary, this dealership not only gave us the most competitive price, they tried hard to meet all our special needs. My praises first go to Shane Amirkiai. What a pleasant, easy to work with, patient, competent, and trust worthy young man! My praises also go to the management of this dealership, who is behind Shane. Below is my story. Last November, I was helping my sister to find a new car. We did our own car research and decided on Subaru Forester 2.5i Limited. I called 3 Subaru dealers in the Bay Area; I also asked them for their best price. Shane at Stevens Creek Subaru gave the most competitive price right from the start! So I focused on working with him. As we couldn't take delivery of the car for a couple months, and we wanted only 3 specific accessory options; Shane worked with us, and for us, to meet all our needs. He and his management made this easy - all this done over the phone, emails, and regular mail (sales contract), as we were living in the East Coast. The other two dealers were unable to meet all our needs, aside from their less competitive prices. Before the final purchase, there was a dealer promotion, so we ended up with an even better price! Finally, the day we were able to pick up the car (and needed the car) was Shane's day off, but he came in and spent a long while delivering the car to us (going over all the details). I wish Shane and this dealership the best. I also hope that their service department is as good!
