This is a wonderful place.. There is this guy named Payman, he is absolutely amazing sales man, very proactive, quick, I had a very good experience dealing with him.. A very helpful guy, he infact made sure I get the exact same model and color which I requested for, he went out of the way to check the just arrived new stock which was even not entered in the inventory and got the exact color/model I wanted.. A 5 star for this place and Payman..

In the beginning, one star, but once I was dealing with people who had both our mutual interests in mind, 5 stars. The first salesman prequalified me wrong and wouldn't let test drive a car that I was looking at but once I was done with him and spoke to one of sales managers RJ, everything went smooth sailing. I ordered and signed for a base 2016 WRX due to arrive in 7-10 days. The next day I got a call from my new sales guy that they received a Premium in my color. Long story short, I said I wanted it but due to my work, it would be a few days till I can resign the paperwork. My new salesmen Hossein and the finance manager drove the my new car a mile to my work, I resigned the paperwork and got my new car on the spot as they drove off in my 2006 WRX trade in. I'm in sale as well and because of my work schedule the process took 3 days from start to finish but it went as smooth as it could. Thank you Hossein for the follow up call as well.

Gurpreet was an excellent sales manager. He told me about the ins and outs of the whole car and it was a pleasant experience dealing with me. I didn't have to go through the headache of haggling over price as he quoted the price way below my expectation.

I never felt pressured which was my biggest worry going into buying a new car. John was so patient with me and really listened to what I was looking for. He really helped show why this car was perfect for me and never rushed me. I was at the dealership for 8 hrs but that extra time really helped me feel confident in my purchase. Ali was great because he explained everything very slow and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing for and why. Since this was my first time buying a car he truly made it as least stressful as possible. I really do appreciate the time he took. Lastly Joel helped with the final process and showed me how to use the car and went in to depth about all the features. I was expecting to just have to learn on my own but he made sure I further saw how great this car was and that I knew how to use the technology. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Stevens Creek Subaru and would recommend this place to everyone.

My service rep Christina is wonderful every time I go in, so very helpful. My car was held onto for a long time but they did give me a loaner car a few days in once they realized they couldn't get all the repairs done right away. That made it very convenient, so I didn't mind! And the car usually runs great when I do get it back. If by chance it doesn't, I drop the car off again and they make it right.

This review is mainly for Shane. He is a very honest salesman. No sales bullshit at all. I bought two Subrau from him. The first time was using Truecar for an Impreza. It was my first car in the US. He patiently go though everything that I need to know and I got the car in no time. The second time was an accident. l was looking for an Outback deal using Truecar again. An sales from Capital Subaru called me they have the car and asked me to reserve it. Somehow I mistakenly went to Steven Creek Subaru instead. I guess I was too tired taking care my new born baby girl. Shane understood I have got to a wrong dealership but still gives me a fair price that was even lower than Truecar's. The finance guy Ali is aso very cool. he gave me some nice advice about how to help the baby sleep better at night. Overall the dealership is fine. Their servics is nice, no harassment at all. I was told some sales here are not very polite many times. That maybe true, but the only complain I have here is one time the sales wouldnt take you on a test drive becase it wa too late. That was a random sales that I dont even remember.
