Today we purchased a new Subaru Outback from SHANE AMIRKIAI and we couldn't be happier about the whole experience, from start to finish. First, Shane was super down to earth and friendly and helped us enormously in deciding which vehicle to purchase. We were pretty sure what we wanted, but were stuck on a couple of options between the Premium and the Limited models. We were having a hard time making up our minds, until Shane came along. He clearly explained the differences in the models and gave us his opinion on whether he thought certain features were worth paying extra for - his advice was spot on and helped us make our decision and feel comfortable with it. Next, he was gracious enough to match the price quote of another Subaru dealer so that we got an awesome deal. He made trading in our old car quick and painless. Finally, he spent almost an hour with us in the lot going through all of the features of our new car, answering whatever questions we had. All in all, a delightful experience. We left Stevens Creek loving our new car and feeling like we paid a great price - what more can you ask for?! Definitely go see SHANE if you're in the market for a new car... you will NOT be sorry! A quick update ..... 4/7/2016: just wanted to add a quick update regarding the phenomenal follow up service we received from Shane after purchasing our Outback. We had a couple of minor issues after purchasing our vehicle (stitching in one of the seats starting to come apart at the seam and one of the doors out of alignment). Emailed Shane about how to resolve these issues... He promptly responded to our concerns detailing that we could be assured they would be corrected (free of charge, being that we've had the vehicle for less than a month) DESPITE the fact that he was OUT OF THE COUNTRY on vacation at the time, promising to follow up with a phone call once he returned to the U.S. Thank you,Shane. You exemplify what it really means to be part of the "Subaru Family."

My review is for Mike Marsh the internet sales rep. Mike was great to work with! He was very straight forward with providing information and never came off aggressive. He was also very patient through out the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying a car. Thanks again for everything Mike. You are the best!!!

I just bought a 2016 Crosstrek today. My first new car. I was very happy with the service.Matt K was very patient and let me take the car on a long test drive through near by hills so I can see how it handles trips to Tahoe. The finance guy was also very good, he explained every piece of paper. Best of all, non of the workers I dealt with were pushy. They were available to answer questions, but I hate when I get the sleezy salesman pitch, which I was glad I did not get here.

purchased my wife 2016 brz on 7 March 2016. Finance manager Ali and salesman went above and beyond stayed with us until 10pm to get our papers going and even bought us pizza for dinner. Ali is truly more than a finance manager along with the saleman. Went above and beyond and definately highly recommend this place. Thanks Ali. Will see you soon.

I bought a used 2011 Subaru Legacy about 3 months ago. About a month ago the car completely shut down. Lots of warning lights and smoke. I had it towed to Steven's Creek Subaru right away. I was extremely nervous and hesitant because of my past experiences with dealer service shops. George Lopez was my service advisor and let me tell you, this guy totally took care of me and my car. His professionalism is beyond what I was expecting. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and even worked with my warranty to help cover other repairs. I love my Subaru and feel especially confidant knowing I now have a great service location and an awesome advisor such as George.
