POSTING REVIEW ON BEHALF OF A FRIEND THAT DOES NOT HAVE YELP: I've put off buying a car for years now because I dread dealing with car salesmen. I held onto my first car for nearly 7 years because as almost anyone can vouch, car salesmen can be very stressful to deal with. NOT ROY!!! Roy responded to my online inquiry on the car in less than 3 minutes. I was told by another salesman in the area that the best deal that could be offered to me was a few hundred off the sticker price due to high demand for my car. Not the case at all. Roy proved all my worst nightmares about car buying to be wrong. Not only did I get an exceptional deal on my STI, I walked away with a new friend. Thanks Roy!

Yesterday, we were in need of a new car (my car had been added to the Takata recall list). Since we bought our family car in 2009 AND the recall would take 6 months for a part that would ensure safety, we decided to upgrade our car to a safer vehicle for our family. After many test drives, we decided to try the Subaru Forester for several reasons: 1) My husband recently purchased a Subaru and I liked the way that it drove; 2) I wanted a crossover similar to my old car with several factors (performance, fuel efficiency, safety/back up camera, good price, and an overall good look/design/style that fit me); 3) From online reviews and our own experience, we knew that SC Subaru was very attentive in terms of their service (this mattered to me since I have had issues with my old car's customer service). We went to Stevens Creek Subaru, where we had gotten my husband's most recent car, and sought out our previous salesman, Ben. Ben made the process of car buying smooth and efficient. He was even able to knock down the price a bit more for us (I think because we were return buyers). I was able to find a car (yep, the Forester) that fit me and my family's needs. Our finance manager, Luis, also ran us through our paperwork quickly and efficiently. We bought a car off the lot in maybe 3 hours (including test drive, paperwork, financing papers, and a quick lunch). Now, I don't have to borrow my husband's car, run the risk of injury driving my old recalled car, or use a rental car for 6 months. Thank you!

My husband and I had a great experience here a couple of weeks ago. We were greeted immediately, and with a big smile, by Tas, and he was just fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at, and he was very professional. He even followed up with me to see how I was doing with my new car! Thanks for the great experience!
