Stevens creek Subaru has the best customer service and was welcomed with open arms. They weren't pushing anything on me or bugging me about what kind of car I wanted they just welcomed me and said to let them know when I'll be ready or have questions. The associate that helped was Payman he was really helpful and patient with me especially since I was a first time buyer! Then I ended up walking out with the car of my dream a Subaru WRX STi. I would recommend anyone, friends, family looking to buy a car with Subaru Payman is your man! Thanks again Payman and the Subaru team for making my dream car come true!

I dropped off our Outback for the first service. Dante was extremely professional, helpful and courteous. Booking was easy, drop off was easy and it was all completed very quickly. Couldn't be happier!

Took my 2016 WRX here since I was having some issues with my brakes and throw out bearing. I took it to Capitol Subaru first but received horrible service and they refused to check the vehicle until i pushed them to. So i gave up and took my car to Stevens Creek Subaru who offered me some help immediately and replaced my throw out bearing, brake pads and rotors. George was my original Service Advisor however Peter ended up taking over Georges account and helped me out. Both were great and provided excellent service. They were short workers but they still got my car done as well as giving me a loaner so that I had a car to get around. Have some patience with them as they are short some workers but they will take care of you. THANKS PETER AND THE REST OF STEVENS CREEK EMPLOYEES

Even though the sales process is always too long, our sales rep Taz was so nice and helpful and he watched and played with our five year old son while we were doing our paperwork. He knows his stuff and is one of the nicest salespersons we've ever had. AND we love our new Outback!

Jamal was a total gentleman. Nothing like other salesmen. He was cheerful and made our day. We bought an outback. We are especially very impressed by Jamal's patience, in answering and making sure we understand all the minute details and obscure questions we asked. He made the process stress free. And surprisingly, he got us the exact deal we were looking for. He got us the exact price we asked for. All in all happy weekend and proud owners.
